Hard life my foot. Do you realize how far ahead you and your husband are in this world. The people in America are so deep in debt from trying to feed themselves and their family. They have lost the knowledge and ability to grow their own food or even take care of themselves. I wish there were more people like you and your husband in this world. God has given you two a great gift. Don't forget to thank Him for it.
As an American, I’m take issue with your remarks. First, I’ve been to Ukraine and their lives are not as easy as you might think. They do live hard lives. For instance, very few that live in the country have indoor plumbing. They don’t have microwaves or gas/electric stoves. Remember Ukraine is in a war and it is hard on everybody. Ukrainians are a resilient people and they have pride for their country. As for being deep in debt trying to feed the family, realize that this is a worldwide problem that food is high. A lot of it has to do with price gouging and since losing money during covid, the powers that be are trying to gain ground and pass the prices on to the consumers. Life is not easy for anybody anywhere. I hope you can grow your own food - many cities/towns have community gardens. I live in a large city and we have community gardens here. Be grateful and practice kindness. An attitude adjustment to start with. Be sure to vote for a more gentle America because I don’t know about you but I’m tired of the divisiveness.

Yellow cooked potatoes absorb salt really well and can even be fried then if you prefer, but otherwise, I would not take part in the meal.😂😂❤❤
