    50g fresh cream
    200g milk
    (250g of milk without fresh cream is light and delicious)

    50g spinach
    50g bacon
    50g pizza cheese

    1. Make the pie dough (brisé dough).
    Pre-preparation
    ・ Completely freeze flour, millow sugar and butter!

    (If the temperature is above 20°C, rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes in this state.
    (5) Extend 3mm thickness in a circle.
    (4) Spread it on the mold.
    (No need to butter the mold.) Because the butter remains with grains, it does not stick to the mold.)
    (5) Pique the bottom and sides (drilling with a fork).
    (6) Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C. for a total of 15 minutes.
    * The bottom is flat every 5 minutes, and the bulge is suppressed by applying pressure to the bottom and side.
    Coat the bottom, sides and cross sections with a brush.
    (To prevent egg fluid from soaking into the pie dough)
    (8) Bake at 190 ° C. for 2 minutes and dry the eggs.
    2. They make ingredients
    (1) Fry the sliced onions with oil until browned with salt and pepper.

    (2) Add spinach and bacon and stir-fry.
