I have been so nervous to commit to raptor lining the interior of my ramcharger because I wasn't sure how different it is to doing a regular paint job. I think i now have the confidence to finally bedline the floor after watching this video. Thank you for making this video
I am glad I watched your video. Watched a few others first who were using power sanders. Looks like they went to metal in places. Scuff it up, that is all you need. I like the scotch brite and comet. Still a little nervous doing it on my brand new Jeep Gladiator.
Hey buddy, good job. Did your guns drop tube have treads on the end? Mine doesnt have male threads, but the hole that it fits to on the gun, has female treads inside.
Hey I love your video I have the same kit as you do but I have an existing bediner in fare shape I've looked at many videos what would you recconded to scuff up or sand my exsity bedliner a how much do your recc far the bedliner to stick to my new spray bedliner a what type of Sanders grinders a which grit do you recconded thanks again a get the amazing videos up a have a blessed day
Finally getting around to do this. I have the plastic bed liner right now which is fine, i don’t have a fifth wheel as of yet. But I want to get the 5th wheel hitch/prep done and a spray on liner. Not sure if I should prep for the 5th wheel first or spray now and prep later.
got my truck with welded down anchor hook points from previous owner due to bolts breaking off, would you just spray over these or what or could that cause issues. Some of them are still bolted but at least two are fully welded down.

You got this!
The best tips video for bed liner I have seen and I watched like 20 videos! Thanks 👍🏾
My knees are killing me, just watching you kneel around back there with no kneepads on lol
I love the comet and scotchbrite tip as well as the aluminum foil trick.
Cool prep tip for Bedliner is to use dry guide coat!! Mirka brand makes two types of dry guide coat black and white. Comes in handy!!!
I have an old truck with a faded and scratched paint job, I’m going to repaint the whole thing with this stuff! Wish me luck

Raptor says an 1hr between coats.
I was going to do 2 coats, but that will screw me over, peeling the tap, yeah?
To long?
Yes -- as a profession, "painting" is a misnomer. It should be called "prepping."
My Amazon delivered today. I’ll definitely tag you!

Curious why you don’t just pull the tailgate ?
You said you removed the plastic grommets, did you cover the openings before painting?
How does it hold up with using Comet and Scotch pads for prep instead of sanding with sandpaper?
Very nice... thanks for sharing how it turned out
I've always loved the tin foil trick!
Excellent tutorial. Thanks!

I would do the 5th wheel stuff first, then spray.
If you have any bare metal showing, do you need to prime these areas? Is this self leveling, also?
If I buy it, can I use your garage.
Does this product work on aluminum?
@@gabereichert1330 yes.
Awesome video. Did you use all 4 liters of liner in the kit for the 2 coats?
That looks killer!! What pressure did you use at the gun??
How long do you have to let it cure before it can get rained on?
72 hours
what size kit did you use? Also How much was left over when done?
I used the 4 qt kit, and probably used every bit of it.

I would just spray them if they aren’t in your way.
If you still have the truck, how is the Raptor liner now?
Still holding strong!
What is your psi setting for the gun? Tnx
40 to 60
For a 6.5 ft bed how many qt or gal need yo use do You now that
I would get one of there complete "kits" I think it's 4 bottles and 1 bottle of hardener. it's just right for 6.5 ft bed.
Hahah comet and scuff pad is body secret to fisheye free paint job
how thick is it?
Not as thick as something like line x, Alot of abuse in this bed and still holding strong.
You forgot some tape at the end of the bed
No respirator? Really?
