Just had a silver malgum drilled through and needed a root canal wow wonder how much vapor leached into me why does all the right things to do have to be the hardest and most expensive and off the beaten path none of these dentists even know about it

What are the safer alternative
My holistic dentist used a plastic composite filling from Germany. I believe he called it Admira. He said this was the safest plastic composite he found, free from the worst kinds of plastics which can interfere with the endocrine hormonal system. Said ideally there'd be nothing in the mouth, but as we needed to use something this was the best kind he knew.
I have a white filling that looks exactly like a normal tooth, but it degraded quickly so I don't know if it was just an older version or if he was just a horrible dentist. Im going with the latter. The white fillings used to be called "temporary fillings".. i don't know if thats the same as what they have now

You should be tested for heavy metals (mercury). We refer patients for a 6 hr 'provocative urinalysis' which uses DMSA to get a more accurate analysis than a conventional blood test:
Thanks Gerry. I had a doctor appointment last week and asked my doctor if I could get tested for heavy metals. I was sent for blood work and I still have to do a 24hr urine sample. I"m not sure which of those tests the doctor is using for the mercury testing, but I've read since that these aren't the best methods for testing, and that stool samples, and other methods are required since the mercury likes to hide in fatty tissues.
I don't have extra money to ask for any non-insurance covered testing. I'm assuming the provactive urinalysis" test would be out of pocket since most non conventional testing seems to be. Do you know if insurance typically covers this testing? Thanks.
graphicartdude After watching the free documentary on TH-cam “smoking teeth” and doing more research, I decided I didn’t need testing for mercury. I have it in my system because I have amalgams and I needed to get my 12 amalgams replaced. Mercury is toxic and it causes all kinds of unspecific ailments depending on your genetics. It should have never been put in anyone’s mouth. Check out IAOMT channel on TH-cam. Get ready for your eyes to be opened.
@@gerrycuratola9318 I asked my doctor for a heavy metal test and she told me she didn't even know what that would be called or how to order it if there was one.. I dont understand why she wouldn't know that.

I am allergic to all metals
One of the reasons the American Dental Association wants DDS to continue using "silver amalgam fillings" is because they own the patent to the amalgam substance, which contains between 48-52 % elemental mercury, that DDS places in a person's mouth.
Another consideration is the fact that the "silver amalgam fillings" cause the teeth to crack which increases the amount of money being funneled into the dental industry, and the amount of heavy metal in a person's mouth.
It does not stop here though folks, I encourage everyone to also look into how "Root Canals" which have been heavily promoted/encouraged by both the ADA and dentist for years, may not have been necessary and how they can lead to serious infections within and under the dead tooth.
Equally concerning are the health issues that are also being associated with "cavitations" (i.e. when tooth extractions are done quick and the DDS fails to clean the gum tissue and surrounding bone afterward, leaving a potential deep infection behind that becomes sealed in as the gum closes and skins over.
For how much your health is worth, definitely get composite fillings. I had 13 amalgam fillings and im currently getting them all replaced with composite. Best decision of my life and i have been feeling better now. Plus they look better as well.
