Wow! This is a very cost effective jig. I noticed that you cut counterclockwise. I understand you can get different surface finishes depending on the router bit rotation versus the cut direction. Have you tried both ways?
It would have been that the jig was off by 1/32”. So measuring the diameter, it would have doubled to 1/16”. In this case, no big deal. Happy you like my channel. Thank you!
