    Wow! This is a very cost effective jig. I noticed that you cut counterclockwise. I understand you can get different surface finishes depending on the router bit rotation versus the cut direction. Have you tried both ways?

      Thanks Pete. Direction does make a difference when using the router. Sometimes I get it wrong!

    Awesome! Question, did you find out why it was off by a 1/16"?

      It would have been that the jig was off by 1/32”. So measuring the diameter, it would have doubled to 1/16”. In this case, no big deal. Happy you like my channel. Thank you!
