i dunno. i dont want a 2nd round QB. instead of QB Smith, the Jets could have drafted RB Bell, RB Lacy or TE Kelce. to be fair, they probably would have drafted TE McDonald, TE Escobar, WR Woods, WR Dobson or RB Ball. how serious would a candidate for GM from the Texan organization be? for sure he would know the system and what type of player would fit the system. however, the Texans were not a good team until they drafted, as Jake often mentions, the QB that they didn't want and lucked out.
