@@alexanderperez-sanz1779 my only hope is the usmle step 2 exam and observerships and maybe some volunteering i do , i have a plan to get a 280 .. I'm already scoring 95% on uw for step 1 from the first pass so my foundation is good i would say.. and my medical school performance is excellent with the highest score in internal medicine in my class . do you think that is sufficient to match into internal medicine if my year of graduation is 4 years for example?

I’m a US IMG who works with a lot of FMG coresidents some did research some did 0.. I had 1 research item and was the 4th author. Had 20 IVs
