Thank you so much for doing great content! I just discovered your channel and am really impressed! is there any chance you could do a video breaking down the monthly costs of running a rental property (house), in Saskatchewan (any area you're most familiar with, will do). Say, if the house is in Regina's Rosemont area, 2bdr, for 150k, and if rented for $1400, with $700 going towards mortgage, what other expenses should we count towards such as taxes, city utilities, insurance, rental property managers (could you recommend any, not necessarily in Regina)? Are there any hidden costs such as garbage removal or lawn maintenance?
    Many thanks!

Thanks for checking out the channel and the idea! I'll add it to my video idea board for next year.

@@saskatchewanrealestate Thanks! I also forgot to mention, who's responsible for snow removal? At an apartment complex, I'm assuming it's owners or strata's responsibility. However, how is it with houses? If it's owner's responsibility, how often are they to do so, is it something that's included in rental management fees (for out of town/province owners), and if not, how much is it to outsource that service? Many thanks!

It will depend on how each city manages their snow removal. Typically homeowners will be responsible for snow removal. If it's an apartment or condo building either the landlord or condo board will handle the snow removal

@@saskatchewanrealestate Thank you for your reply! How about an investment property, where the owners are out of the city or province? Will the rental management agent/cy will take care of that? What's the general practice for situations like that? I'm generally interested in everything that an out-of-province investor should be aware of, before plunging in. Thanks!
