My grandfather came from Rawalpindi after partition. Majority of Hindu/Sikh refugees who originated from Rawalpindi were settled in refugee camps which were mainly in Mumbai and Delhi. These refugees initially started small business ( kirana shops, garages etc). Now they are all rich businessmen and their second and third generation are living lavish lifestyle.
