i did a lot in simpsons and never something happened, you have to be careful tho. I work in IT and i experienced, that other programms on your computer, completly unrelated can lock you out/ban you. He said its somehow connected to Microsoft, so any microsoft software could ban you possibly

Thinking about it, maybe try physical memory? If that isn’t there, possibly try whatever application that shows up for blue stacks. If that fails, redownload and try again, I messed it up at first, redownload and it worked so that be your issue as well

If windows defender is turned off, then you may have Mccafe or Norton preventing the download
