Hi Kim! As a dog (and labrador) lover, we totally get it! Every community is different. Many of the communities in Wellen Park allow small fences for pets, but not all of them. As far as number of pets and size of pets, that varies and will depend on the HOA rules. Do all communities allow fenced in yards (physical fence, not invisible)? Is there a pet limit? (I have 3 dogs.) ☺
