Well it IS the trope of TH-camrs to be so busy with racking down on a game that they don't also have the mental capacity to also pay attention to the information given, which then let's them later complain about the game being bad when they don't know how to move on, when in actuallity they just didn't listen when the information was given.

Ah I remember having fun with this game as a kid. Apparently it’s based more on the original draft script of the movie than what the actual turned out to be.
I find it funny how the core element of the movie’s plot focuses on Daffy not being as popular or bankable as Bugs, yet around the same time Daffy was given his own cartoon based on his Duck Dodgers character that most people consider to be one of, if not the best, Looney Tunes spin-off show. The first episode is even a special unlockable in this game.

Yeah I know a lot of people will give a pass to the Looney tunes show but I never liked that one. Duck Dodgers was actually fun and clever but sadly lost in the shuffle during the 2003 to 2005 time on CN. It's really a shame.
I have fond memories of Bugs Bunny and Taz: Time Busters growing up. That was a pretty good Looney Tunes platformer for the PS1 with a great co-op mode.
Yes!! I do remember it being a pain playing on your own cause you used both joy sticks to direct both of them. Unless you left one somewhere & then swapped camera to do the other one

This is a game that I had fun playing when I was younger, but I've never actually beaten.
Mainly because of the requirement that you need to get more monkeys than you would on a straight playthrough.
I remember getting right before the final boss and them telling me I needed to collect all the monkeys before I could enter, I shut the game off and never played it again.

@@iRadinVerse That's me with Rayman 1 on PS1 where even getting access to the final boss levels requires you to collect all the Electoons... yeah fuck that noise. Fans did since release a modded version of the game though that removes this requirement.

How can 2 grown adults be worse at such a simple game than an 8 year old? Not to be mean, but seriously, I beat this game at 8 with no issues yet they can't even get past the start of the game in 30 minutes. The parts of the game they got to in this video should have taken like 10-15 minutes. 😂

Oh I was screaming the entire time to collect everything and they missed out on some coins, died like 10 times, took too long.
To be fair, when you're 8 the only better things you have to do are stuff like watching DBZ, doing your homework and playing a better game, so you have much more of a motivation to learn the controls and learn how to play.
Ita very easy to miss the obvious when you're playing a game you don't want to, and are just playing to take the piss out of (take it from someone who did this on a mates channel recently, the amount of stuff we overlooked was ridiculous lmao)
I have nostalgic feeling for this game. My dad got it for me along with my first GameCube. I remember being real proud of finding the unlimited hen bomb cheat code.
Feels really weird seeing a classic WGE clip show up after all these years.
This is one of those games your parents would buy you out of the blue and because getting new games was few and far between you'd be forced to play it. This and a weird rocket power Tony hawk rip off are the ones that come to mind.
Well BECAUSE getting new games back then was few and far between, good or bad, we actually PLAYED the shit we had from start to finish, as opposed to now as adults where we have the money to just buy and buy and buy, infinitely growing our backlog and thus sitting at the couch weekend after weekend like "I have nothing to play", when in reality we just have so MUCH to play that we overload our brain. I miss those simpler times. Sure I didn't have that many games, but I treasured and cherished what I had.

Oh god this brought back some memories, I liked the chaos and weirdness of the game despite the characters repeating quotes ad nauseam, the rest.. not so much.
worst games ever gives me that feeling i used to get when I watched tv as a kid before bed, certain shows would make me feel sad because I knew when it was finished I would have to go to bed.
Genuinely can't believe this is even considered worse than most. It's a solid platformer, faithful to the film, and has lots of variety. It's not the greatest game ever by any means, but it's perfectly serviceable
It got a 64% on Metacritic. They literally had to hunt for a truly bad review.
Was the game amazing? No. But not even close to "worst game ever"

I played this game in a furniture store that had a ps2 set up in a kids bedroom, one of those big style one with model rooms everywhere. I was there all day with my folks when we moved and I remember playing like 80% and thinking the game was the best thing I’d played
Just FYI - the reason it is "Tunes" and not "Toons" is that Warner Bros had two cartoon properties, both music related - "Merry Melodies" and "Looney Tunes"
I actually had this on Gamecube as a kid, it wasn't that bad but it was kinda confusing to navigate and to find all the collectibles at times.
I hate when TH-camrs don't pay attention then act like it's the games fault and try to say the game is bad this is actually one of the good movie tie-in games

This isn't a bad game. Its average at best.
Billy West is a very talented voice actor, as is Maurice LaMarche. Both were cast in Futurama. Billy West voiced Fry and Zoidberg (along with many others), and Maurice LaMarche voiced a huge swathe of side characters including Morbo and Lrrr, ruler of the planet Omicron Persei 8! LaMarche also was the voice of Brain in Pinky and the Brain!
I got the 45th monkey breaking a record 300 mph. Genius speed.
Man, this was the first console game I’ve EVER gotten so this game will always hold a special place in my heart

The death screams of the characters are actually hilarious. I could not stop laughing every time they were hit by a vehicle.
A good and fun film (which objectively kind of holds up better than the Original Space Jam tbh), but a bad game (which seems to only very, very loosely share a few vaguely similar plot point)

I thought I sucked at games when I was 4 years old but these guys make 4 year old me look like an expert. This game is not bad at all in fact it's one of the best Looney Tunes games ever. Just cause you suck ass at playing a game doesn't mean the game is bad it just means you lack the skills to play it. I even got this game recently on a PS2 Emulator and played it as an adult and loved it. It is not difficult like they claim. This channel seems like it seems to be renamed from Worst Games Ever to Mediocre Gamers.

Also cyclists are told to ride in centre of lane on quiet roads and to ride 2 abreast when in a group
@@deadpool3982 I don’t think you understand, they don’t stop they don’t look they don’t do anything. they don’t make sure it’s safe to cross they just jam right out into the middle of the road. Over the past year there’s literally been dozens of car accidents, a few of them just down the road from where I live, because people having to hit the brakes and come to a sliding stop because some idiot walked or biked right out into the road before making sure it was safe to do so.

@@SlapNuts4Life and many are caused by people taking corners too fast without making sure it’s safe first, and I literally know a lollipop lady that was hit by a car...at work.
Neither group is innocent I suppose but one is at more risk than the other, which is why they brought in those rules.
Though if you’ve had that many accidents in one place I worry about the average intelligence where you live but if they keep happening it’ll go up a bit...
*Beyouip* 6 years after this game came out there was a young man who was stuck on the same part. He asked for help. To learn how to dig. Someone mistook his cries and thought he wanted to be taught how to do something called "Dougie" and the rest is history.
The music with this WB logo scared me too as a kid.

Yep, I always think that concept is kinda cool. They did it a lot in the old Looney tune cartoons themselves actually. Acknowledging the kind of meta universe that the tunes inhabit.
Animaniacs also uses that basic concept.

As someone who DID watch the movie, the story here involving diamonds and thieving monkies is a large step up from the film! At least the Looney Tunes are the actual lead characters.
With Brendan Fraser and Jenna Elfman at basically I wouldn't say the end of their careers but definitely not the height of their careers. I mean I honestly forget who a lot of the live action actors in that movie even were. Steve Martin and Martin Short were in it, yeah sure why not.

I dunno if it was a Gamecube version difference or if I just sucked at mashing as a kid, but I have distinct and painful (literally, for my fingers) memories of those guards who catch you and force you to button mash to escape being *absolutely impossible.*
Yeah my mom definitely doesn’t have fond memories of this game, i always had to call her screaming for her to help me mash the “O” button (ps2) to escape from those guards
I’ve played this game The controllers were really a big pain it took me a while to get used to them and when you beat the game it’s very anticlimactic

Movie tie in games are rarely good.
On top of the fact they try to tie them into the movie somehow they're also usually rushed to meet a deadline.
This game definitely has the look of a game that had a very small budget relative to what they were trying to do.
The Spongebob Squarepants Movie game is decent.

Why are they saying it’s one of the worst games ever, I know it’s like their channel but it’s a good game, sure there is some weird stuff but you just have to see the subtitles for the controls which they did not see and they forgot where the last poster is which is from the cutscene and they forgot to catch the monkey
