hi rachel have you ever experienced pacman nano suddenly experiencing the screen turns off suddenly and it looks like there is a battery connection problem, because i just bought pacman brand new up to 2 times the other one won't turn on the other one only lasted 2 days and the screen turned off instantly i very sad because I don't know how to fix it 😭
hi, sorry I have not experienced such a problem before. Maybe you can try to change new batteries? If not, try to lift up a little bit the metal bar that touches the battery so that the battery has better contact.
When you say link them up do you mean connecting the devices with each other? If that is your question, no unfortunately, the Tamagotchi Nano variants do not have infrared so they cannot connect with each other like the Connection and Color screen models.
