Yeah, it just completely changes everything about the hero. At a Collecter level indeed. Even his best skin till now, the zodiac skin is at best a glorified version of of his elite skin. I have never bought a starlight skin till now, even though i have been holding onto a statlight card for about a year. I guess it's finally time to use it. I seriously doubt moonton can ever top the uniqueness of this starlight skin with any upcoming epic/collector skins in the years ahead.
The ice scythe skin looks good because the color fits well as ice with the skin, other than that the effects are just helcurt with light blue effects, nothing flashy just cool
