25:30 "I know we don't like saying that word, but it's kind of like slavery" oh, it's precisely that - good ole 13th amendment 🤪

Yup. Slavery wasn't completely abolished. It was just pushed into the "corrections" system.

If you don't break the law, it doesn't apply to you. It's not like it's fucking difficult. Don't live live an animal. How fucking hard can it be? I've never once gone to prison. Ever. Y'know why? Because I'm not a fucking idiot who breaks the law.

Well if you don't respect the humans rights of innocent people by robbing, scamming, kidnapping or shooting them ; then don't complain later when your own human rights are not respected by the law 😭

What's really dumb is people don't know you have to wash your hands *and then* apply hand sanitizer.
Just using sanitizer doesn't clean your hands, you still have dirt inside your finger prints

Nothing in the recommended procedure made sense. Fauci said it himself, it was all a "ritual" to remind people of "the new normal."

Whats really dumb is using sanitizer or masks AT ALL, after proven (pretty obvious) that it worsens the problem.
Oh wait, it was a hoax and the discussion was to distract you from that critical fact.

      Aren't they?
Most people have already forgotten what these horrible celebrities said, and most people were in favour of authoritarian methods but now they're suddenly against it

21:30 = it is definitely slave labour -_- you get paid like CENTS per hour if at all, you will be put into solitary confinement if you refuse for "insubordination" (that's fucking torture) and half of the people in jail haven't even been prosecuted yet, let alone sentenced for a crime, and a ton of people in jail that have been sentenced simply admitted to a crime they didn't commit because they got threatened with even more trumped up charges if they fight it, or simply feared going bankcrupt for life if they can't afford the legal fees. the law system in the US is a giant shit show :T

    • @nathanpapp432
      @nathanpapp432 ปีที่แล้ว

You're confusing prison with jail. Jail is where you are held before trial, prison is where you serve your sentence. Only prisoners do this kind of labor. And who cares? They are in prison for committing a crime. The law system in the US is better than any other country.

good, america needs more hard labor tbh 👑

This reaction really takes a turn when the VTuber starts trying to argue that it's okay to use prisoners as slave labor, woof.
EDIT: I'm kind of relieved only a handful of you are proud enough of your complete lack of basic empathy to comment stupid shit like "based" and "she's totally right". Number's a lot lower than I was expecting.

It depends, if they're the worst criminals absolutely they should be forced to work, why should they get everything paid for them and we who work and contribute get nothing?

Well for starters, you can't just shove a bunch of people into a prison and not like, feed them. Even for the most heinous of murderers that's just incredibly cruel. Beyond that you're not just "paying for them", your money goes toward maintaining the prison building itself and making sure it's staffed with people who will make sure that the murderers don't sneak off in the night. That shit costs money.

@@thecadhouse3509 I didn't say don't feed them, but they should earn their food.
Prison should be a deterrent, and lazy hands cause more trouble

@@the98themperoroftheholybri33 Prison is already a deterrent. You're being forcibly ripped away from society and forced to be around the most violent elements of it, some of which have no qualms with killing you if you get on their nerves. It's a miserable experience already without people thinking they should have to "earn" the basic human right of food.

@@the98themperoroftheholybri33 I agree that work could help some people reform, but in the profit prison system it encourages overcharging people and sentencing people to long prison terms for non-violent offences because the more slaves you have, the more you can profit from them.
