Got to say, I came here to master the final stage of the Missions in GT7, and this was incredibly helpful! I knocked my time off by three seconds per lap so I was averaging about 2:08 (Not bad for someone who's not raced Bathurst since V8 Supercars 3!)

Because the game is BROKEN. People who drive clean receive unfair punishments while the dirty ones keep getting away with it.
@@mohata605 Also go to B/S & lower lobbys and see it by yourself. Penalty system right now is full of trash.

You need to grind that lap time, I came here for tips and found out that I make 1.5sec better lap on a gamepad (2:03:300 GTR).
My time is a 2.03.100

What tire are you on? Can't bring my time down from 2:09 gR3. I often finish second +19 i isially get bumped also when playing endurance.

Braking (into a corner with trail braking) is just as much about transferring the car's weight gradually giving you the grip where you need it (becoming less wayward) as it is about just slowing the car down.
