Nothing in this world that I could say will make any of your or her pain go away, however, I truly hope for peace for the both of you and calmness during this storm, I'm very happy to know that this album is helping. If you ever need to talk, and want someone to listen, get in contact with me. Sometimes it helps to have someone from the outside simply willing to listen. I ask nothing from you in return, only want to help where I can.

I'm 61 and have enjoyed the past 15 years of my 29 yo son exposing me to great bands; Underoath, Circa Survive, The Dear Hunter etc. and I am sitting here with a grin from ear to ear as I listen to this masterpiece: Masterpiece Orchestra! - The best..first song resembles YES
You should be a writer. Yes is a very important word. That's the word that describes the universe. That you used that word so well, means you should be writing, if you're not already. Because those that listen well are very good vessels
The only reason Manchester Orchestra hasn't blown up is because they aren't chasing chart topping singles, but well thought-out and produced albums that create an emotional journey. Give me albums like this instead that I can get lost in and wouldn't dare think of hitting that skip button.

This album is not only both beautiful and moving, but it's also a modern example of an *"instant classic rock album"* crafted by true artists. Manchester Orchestra should be commended for progressing modern rock beyond the same old, tired cliches. They've done it again; two haunting (yet beautiful) albums in a row. Thank you Manchester Orchestra.

@livmo8241 I couldn't of said it any better.... blow the doors off with talent... The only other band that I heard in my life that performs like this was the Band "YES". I'm hooked for life. breath of fresh air in deed!
I just came across this group last year and I can't stop listening to them and catching up. There are a few off the beaten path groups that i have found and I just love their music. I guess it was raising 3 sons. I got out of the Army, and as the sole provider I worked a lot, and at times 2 jobs while going to night school while still going to my kids events, so I had no time to relax. Then in 2017 my injuries in the military caught up to me and I spent 3 years either in the hospital or at home hooked up to IV's. My wife left, I had all 3 of our sons, and music helped me hold my shit together. All the years of making big money, then when I needed her, she was gone. Like I helped cook, clean, helped with the kids, always brought her flowers, gifts, then she left when I was down. The boys were so mad at her, at their ages they saw the big picture. We just all helped each other and hot through it. Now we all go to concerts together and have seen groups like Shinedown, Mumford and Sons, and Breaking Benjamin. I am now 100% VA disabled. I go to counseling to help me with the not working, and the loss in mobility and ability to do some things that I really enjoyed, but learning to enjoy other things. Music has helped so much. I wish I could tell so many musicians a thank you in person. Sometimes being a man is knowing that it is OK to cry. I put certain music on in private at times and just vent things out. It is a huge relief for my soul.
Holy smokes it’s too early in the morning for getting hit in the feels with this. I have a similar story, except in my case it’s one son and my wife. Came home from the sand box a couple years ago and had to hang it up after a bad tour. Seek God man, He knows what we need. Thankfully, during my process my wife stuck it through with us to reach where we were able to be financially/disability wise, but I saw how delicate the balance was and am thankful every day she stuck around. I grew up expecting relationships to fail and I’m grateful everyday to be here, and grateful even for things I lost. I hope the same for you, Brand New is another great band, specifically their last 4 albums. I’d buy you a beer if I could, and way to pull through the rough times. That’s what makes a man and I’m sure your boys see it. Great example. God Boess.
I think Andy Hull has the amazing ability to put pain into words and sound, and it resonates with people that understand pain. It’s therapeutic, and this is as close to therapy you can get for free. This album is my nearly daily listen, and helped me through some shit when I needed it. Great music.

The last two songs had me in tears, the music is so beautiful, the vocals even more beautiful...such a musically gorgeous and heartfelt album. I love it.
Same here!! Every song of theirs is a masterpiece and it makes me feel as if I was travelling in time in thoughts and emotions. I always use it when I run my 5 kilometres in the mornings. It is such an inspiration to me.
Music is such a powerful force. It can move people in ways like nothing else can. Manchester Orchestra, this is not just a new album... It is another MASTERPIECE that this world needed. Thank you!
The first song I heard from you guys was "I got friends" The entire everything to nothing album is still very close to heart. I rocked out to Cope, I cried with Hope. I sang my lungs out along with The Gold, and the rest of the Black Mile to the Surface. I remember being glued to the screen watching the simple math video for the first time, and was so amazed by the video of Andy singing The Only One casually walking around with his guitar. I don't know how many times I bawled my eyes out to I Can Feel A Hot One. The journey all the way from I'm Like A Virgin Losing A Child, all the way up to here, The Million Masks of God. You have never ever delivered a bad song and this album really proves that point again! Thank you for this. Fantastic work!
I feel exactly the same. First song I heard was Pride which was a recommendation on TH-cam when I was watching a cage the elephant video at 2 in the morning back in 2010 and I've been a fan ever since. I'm surprised more people don't know this band that's brought me so much joy, at my best and worst.
I have never in my 47 years on this earth anticipated something so much. I can tell by the first track that, again, will not be disappointed. Great job MO!

This album is incredible. I loved Bed Head when I heard it, but intentionally didn't listen to the other releases so I could hear them all in context. So glad I did. This album crashes like waves... the more I listen, the more I hear, and the deeper into it I get. It's strange though, it lands so hard for me, but at the same time I feel like the full meaning is just out of reach... which I guess makes it perfect given the subject matter. Absolutely incredible. Manchester Orchestra is the first band I've been able to definitively say is my favorite band. For a music nerd with such wide spectrum of tastes, that's saying something. There isn't a Manchester album that I haven't loved cover to cover. The trend continues. I can't wait to hear this live.
These albums just keep getting better and better. Thank you Manchester Orchestra for carefully crafting masterful albums, best new indie music of 2021.
Beside the lyrics always being phenomenal/ impactful, Manchester always arranges music that physically moves me. I catch myself breathing differently. Holding my breath at times, followed by a huge release to some buildup. I dont even notice until I feel those moments and its magically blissful.
It's a Friday morning here in New Delhi, India. Randomly thought of clicking on the premiere since we're having pretty rough times due to Co-vi d. So many dying everyday due to lack of basic medicines and many more are dying since any other treatments are denied to people over than those infected with the virus. Thank you for helping me get out of the depressed state😭
This is such a deep musical masterpiece from Manchester Orchestra. It starts so powerful and each track takes you in this soothing and melodic trip where you feel like you disconnect from all the freaking noise outside. I think its worth hearing, from beginning to end.
Yes! 2 minutes in and god..... thank you. The stoke is so high right now. And even more so knowing that 1k people are feeling as amazing as I do at this very moment.
I am a certified headbanger but this group and a few others just resonate, talks to a part of my soul that rarely listens or gets stirred, to me this is such a beautiful collection of tunes and would just thank the guys for such a reminder that we are all here for a reason and being awesome to each other is a great place to start. I have recently realised that if I apply his question to all that I do and that is " what would love do" almost certainly gives me the right answer 100 times out 100. Peace out brothers and sisters then spiral the ferk out
My top most listened-to album of all time! I can't describe the effect this album and the band has had on my emotional being. Love you, Machester Orchestra!

being an avid moody blues fan with no prospect of new material coming along and in lockdown i was just browsing and came across manchester orchestra by chance, how lucky was i, years of backlog musiic to catch up on and new to boot, this album is magical.
The first song i listened of MO was Silence! Since then, have loved and enjoyed almost every song of them. The best part for me in this band is the soothing voice of Andy Hull. Much love from India!🇮🇳

I had always been aware of Manchester Orchestra and even had a few of their early tracks in my catalogue...but these last two albums have just solidified what I knew. Andy Hull is the poetic spearhead of a modern rock powerhouse. Music should invoke emotion...and these songs certainly do. Thank you MO.
I am in complete awe of how good this album is, every song is a 10/10 which is very rare, I haven't even got a favourite song, the whole thing glides seamlessly from start to finish. A masterpiece
I discovered Manchester Orchestra with "a black mile to the surface" and I was blewn away by its beauty. I listened the album every single day for months non stop! And now... this album... I am speechless, with every song, I have less words and more tears and shivers. Thank you!!
Couldn't agree more! I also stepped in right after A Black Mile To The Surface. It changed experiencing music for me - definitely. Enjoy the record my friend! :)
If any of you felt like you were on a musical journey and really loved this album without being really high, then you need to listen to it really stoned. Totally different experience! You wouldn't regret it!
hey guys, i absolutely adore your creation & i can not overstate your value // contribution to the Zeitgeist. youre an all time fave & im sending the sincerest gratitude & love your way.
Honestly. All of their album should be on that list for all the years they released a album. Impossible to choose a favorite CD by them. They are all gems
The last line "All this time, I thought I was right". I have no clue what he is talking about specifically, but man, when I hear it it resonates with me. It's haunting. I've listened to this album straight through at least 20 times already. There is something spiritual about it. I knew they were talented enough to top BMTTS , but I just didn't know how they would pull it off. IMO they did.
Im 54 I thought the days of floyd and Anderson wakeman and howe were behind me.Apparently not I think the best is still to come.prog rock is well and truly alive.👍
This album is for us. They are underrated but they're getting seen cause of this album. It's haunting. In a good way where you put headphones on on a back porch and watch the thunderstorm. Andy hull is a stunning songwriter. I appreciate him so much
Can. Not. Wait. ❤🎶 Absolutely love this band. Have seen them live many times, it's an incredible show of energy and emotions. And I've had the honor of meeting the brilliant, talented & genuine Andy Hull. It was very momentous for me, as I'm sure you can imagine! Edit: another fantastic masterpiece. Thank you, MO 🔥🎶❤ Damn, the last track is SPECTACULAR
Just got on the MO train now and enjoying the ride, off to the record store.Hope they play here in Melbourne,Oz soon.Hi to Catherine Marks doing us proud.
You guys are getting me through leaving a toxic relationship and divorce..Thank you MO, for easing my pain. That’s what makes good musicians..Relating to others in all different ways. ❤️ to all who are experiencing difficult times
I actually am going through the same thing, and feel that's exactly what this album is about, the inner turmoil that one feels while trying to love someone with npd. The constant rollercoaster of guilt and shame caused by the gaslighting, the loss of self identity, the pain of not being enough, the haunting hindsight, when you finally realized you were nothing more than a means to an end. The mixed emotions of that realization, and then the sense of freedom that comes when you finally do leave. I have a child with mine, and it is extremely difficult. Somehow she has me still questioning whether or not I am abandoning my family. At what expense do I stay? How much blood should I allow to be lost, before I leave? After all, "til death do us part". Love is both the greatest experience a human being can have, and also the worst. It's a strange paradox. Godspeed sister.
Just take my money....since 2007. I’m not one to ‘follow’ any one group but these guys are different. These guys speak to me and help me through all the sequences of life. Thanks MO!
Incredible. One of the rare albums where you can listen to and love every song! Pre-ordered this one and it felt like forever before I was finally able to download it all! Love these guys!
It's been 5 months and this record still haunts me. Not one day has passed that I haven't caught myself humming one of these tunes. There is something more to this album. I'm wrestling with some issues with my faith right now and I can feel it in this music. Wish I had Andy's # so I could call him up and ask him what certain verses mean to him. They are the same 11 songs that I heard back in April, but I'm hearing them differently today than I was back then.
Mon album devrait arriver aujourd'hui, je suis tellement heureux de pouvoir l'écouter en rentrant du boulot. Un groupe extraordinaire avec des textes poétiques et forts. Longue vie à Manchester Orchestra😍❤❤❤kiss from Belgium

ROCK IS NOT DEAD A M A Z I N G
These albums just keep getting better and better. Thank you Manchester Orchestra for carefully crafting masterful albums, best new indie music of 2021.
Beside the lyrics always being phenomenal/ impactful, Manchester always arranges music that physically moves me. I catch myself breathing differently. Holding my breath at times, followed by a huge release to some buildup. I dont even notice until I feel those moments and its magically blissful.
Spot on.
This. All day. THIS.
This captures it. FULLY. ** excuse me as I catch my breath **
It's a Friday morning here in New Delhi, India. Randomly thought of clicking on the premiere since we're having pretty rough times due to Co-vi d. So many dying everyday due to lack of basic medicines and many more are dying since any other treatments are denied to people over than those infected with the virus. Thank you for helping me get out of the depressed state😭
❤
India is in our thoughts and prayers
We are praying for India 🙏🙂
❤️
Hopefully we won't send any vaccines. They are killing ignorant people
... one of the few albums I can actually listen to front to back ... sublime work.
I can't go more than a day or two without saturating my Soul with your music
two back to back masterpieces. This album is beyond beautiful.
Its so good. Like... so good.
I haven't heard an album like this for so long. An instant classic beautiful.
Down to weeks to live and I got to be alive for another beautific work of heART! When I run into God in the way out there, I will be taking my mask OFF. Love remains...
Trade your mask for a clean white robe friend. I hope God ushers you into His presence with mercy and gladness.
@@lukegaier9490 ah Luke... good name for someone with a kind soul such as yours. 9 years is a long time to fight a disease only to finally submit. I cannot wait to fall into His infinite arms! I am broken and beat. I am READY to be free. I love you, brother. May God BLISS YOU!
Wow. The greatest band in the world.
You guys have the ability to create music that im drowning into....
if i close my eyes and listen your music on headphones, i disconnect the world and have my own visuals in my head.....feels like floating into the space
Exactly the same feeling for myself.
Yes to this 1,000%❤️❤️❤️!
This album was made for headphones!
being an avid moody blues fan with no prospect of new material coming along and in lockdown i was just browsing and came across manchester orchestra by chance, how lucky was i, years of backlog musiic to catch up on and new to boot, this album is magical.
There's time's I totally get the Moody Blues and Pink Floyd vibes throughout this album
The first song i listened of MO was Silence! Since then, have loved and enjoyed almost every song of them. The best part for me in this band is the soothing voice of Andy Hull.
Much love from India!🇮🇳
Випадково почула цю МУЗИКУ, і закохалась. Дякую !!!!!
🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️to iTunes 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾thank youuuuu Manchester! You made a girl’s day❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!
I discovered these guys during lockdown after I thought it was an orchestra from Manchester doh 🙄 now I love them and listen every day 💖💖
Now I can't wait for you to experience them live!
They are beyond amazing live if you ever get a chance.
☆A absolute magical, mysterious, yet transcending. Masterpiece of Love.☆
My favorite was Keel Timing BUT NOW I LOVE EVERY SONG AFTER LISTENING A 2nd TIME! PRODUCE A VOLUME II OR SIDE B!
This album is a gift from the divine. Thank you so much ❤️
I can't even wrap my head around this and I haven't even heard it yet. I neeeeed this now more than I ever have.
Wow I'm still recovering from this masterpiece I mean wow. THANK YOU MO 🔥❤❤❤😢
I am in complete awe of how good this album is, every song is a 10/10 which is very rare, I haven't even got a favourite song, the whole thing glides seamlessly from start to finish. A masterpiece
this is the best album start to finish i think i've ever heard... i'm a 41 year old music snob.
This is a staggering album . An instant masterpiece 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
@@ThompsonV14 tried to get them played at national radio, they just dont want to
I cannot get enough of this album.
There are no words to adequately describe the musical and lyrical genius that is Manchester Orchestra. Perfection.
Put the DO NOT DISTURB up so I could listen, enjoy, without interruption...
OMG MO...
If any of you felt like you were on a musical journey and really loved this album without being really high, then you need to listen to it really stoned. Totally different experience! You wouldn't regret it!
My God this band is playing on ma emotional strings
I absolutely love Manchester orc freaking hauntingly 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖 🆒️ 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖 🆒️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
hey guys, i absolutely adore your creation & i can not overstate your value // contribution to the Zeitgeist.
youre an all time fave & im sending the sincerest gratitude & love your way.
Thank you, from India in desperate times! Driving force.
Underrated album of 2021. Should be on "best of" 2021 albums lists everywhere.
Honestly. All of their album should be on that list for all the years they released a album. Impossible to choose a favorite CD by them.
They are all gems
So good! On repeat! I love their music. His voice makes me feel good! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇵🇹
Rock refrescante é o que me ocorre. Quando haverá concerto em Portugal?
Really like the new sound. Feels like the band always has just what I want to hear as I get older
I'm 59 years old and certain songs touch my soul this whole album opens my soul thank you
This is a stunner. Easily one of the best albums of 2021...
Im 54 I thought the days of floyd and Anderson wakeman and howe were behind me.Apparently not I think the best is still to come.prog rock is well and truly alive.👍
One of the best groups of modern music, true musical engineers
What an awesome collection of music!!!! I too was pulled in by The Silence. Now I'm beyond amazed!!! Got to see them live and long for that day.
Today, in Eastern Orthodox Christian Church we celebrate Good Friday before Easter. Thank you, really inspired.
Between Manchester Orchestra, Radiohead, and Michael Kiwanuka what else does someone need?
This album is for us. They are underrated but they're getting seen cause of this album. It's haunting. In a good way where you put headphones on on a back porch and watch the thunderstorm. Andy hull is a stunning songwriter. I appreciate him so much
Incredible album. Musical masterpiece
Can. Not. Wait. ❤🎶
Absolutely love this band. Have seen them live many times, it's an incredible show of energy and emotions.
And I've had the honor of meeting the brilliant, talented & genuine Andy Hull.
It was very momentous for me, as I'm sure you can imagine!
Edit: another fantastic masterpiece. Thank you, MO 🔥🎶❤
Damn, the last track is SPECTACULAR
Fantastic album. Instant classic.
I've been listening since 04 and you have mirrored my heart consistently with every release. You make the sounds I can't. Thank you
Amen to all that need this now more than ever in this life journey and music like this soul music I call this
Yeah. This is it. A couple times in a lifetime albums like this come out.
I really have to go to bed but there’s just no way I can. I wanna hear the rest of it tonight here.
Just got on the MO train now and enjoying the ride, off to the record store.Hope they play here in
Melbourne,Oz soon.Hi to Catherine Marks doing us proud.
Ohhhh oui. 😊
My ears, my heart, and my soul are happy!! ❤❤
Yep. This is that good music that when you hear it, your body tells you it’s a good thing.
It's beyond me how anyone could listen to this and not be blown away. Truly amazing music.
Couldn’t come more timely....words bring chills and yearnings to unite in the name of music....thanks son, for into to MC!!
