      Hello! I think I have found solution to 70% of so many people problem about a real credit repair company. And i have seen so many recommendations on every credit review sites and groups. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use most of the hackers site on here as they are fake, delay your work and even rip you off. But if you need a real FICO, Transunion, Equifax and Experian credit agent to boost or rebuild your credit score? remove every negative item or judgement (Theft & criminal, eviction), clear all debt and even add trade-lines to your credit. He also tackles tax liens,Credit MasterFix LLC is just the best out there. you can contact (Creditmasterfix .com or E-mail Roy@creditmasterfix,com) you can also get a loan approval through them via secured and trusted source. Y'all can thank me later..

      @@UnJadedJade Jade please note that your credit score in the UK means almost nothing to banks. They look at your report only (and can see you've made 3 previous applications, now 4 because you went in person also, that is a lot!). Having a high credit score 999 usually means your have little credit to your name. Electoral roll and pension are good advice tho.

    • @cobaltutopia
      @cobaltutopia 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@kaatie79 Your credit report is what informs a credit score. A credit score is just an overall rating/number generated by each respective lender or credit scoring company to rank individuals or decide whether they will be able to access credit. You are wrong in part of your comment - having a good credit score is as a result of having a good credit history/report. If you don't do this, as she said in the video you won't be able to borrow in the future e.g. get a mortgage. Even if you are able to get a mortgage, the interest rates will be higher meaning it costs you more as the lender (bank) has no credit history to see whether they can trust you (you are therefore higher risk). Getting a credit card is a great (and essential) way to ensure that you have a good credit report if you make your payments on time. You are right that multiple applications for credit/credit cards do damage your report in the short term as it looks as if she's desperate to borrow money. I wouldn't even really try high street banks at this time because they'll be unwilling to give a 20 year old a credit card, unless it's a student card. If Jade were rejected again I'd probably advise that she goes for a easier to get card like Capital One or Tandem etc. They're just as reliable and will help her build her credit history just fine - though yes I'd wait as after making 4 applications in succession she's unlikely to be successful a 5th time

    • @kaatie79
      @kaatie79 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@cobaltutopia I agree with the vast majority of what you have said but think as most people here are young and influenced by what jade does or says it's important to point out that a credit score can indicate different things for different people.
      For a 40 yr old it probably gives an indication of credit worthiness through a record of good credit history. For a young person looking to get their first credit card, the score should really be ignored as most young people without a credit history will have a high credit score as default (because banks have nothing to base credit worthiness on). For them this means nothing.
      Banks do not care what your credit score number is for this very reason. So in this particular instance I still say credit scores should be ignored, it's what's in your credit report that matters.
      Aqua, capital one, many banks do student credit cards. These are recommended, but only if you pay what you owe.

    Hi unjaded jade! I'm Chelsea and my older sister is your biggest fan. (no, seriously, she ADORES you)
    I honestly don't know where to begin but I'll start by saying my sister absolutely LOVES you. She has watched every single one of your videos (at least two times) and because of you, she has not only passed her GCSEs, but have gotten remarkable scores ✨ You are such an inspiration to her (and many others, of course) and there are endless reasons why she adores you that I can't possibly list them all. About my sister, she loves giving back to the community. Even in times like this, she would still go out and volunteer.
    Anyways, her birthday is coming up very soon and this will be the last birthday I get to celebrate with her before she goes to uni🥺, that's why I want to make it her best one yet. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to send a short video of you saying happy birthday to her.

    How I got my credit card in Germany: I asked my bank when I could get one, and they told me I had to be 18. I turned 18, filled out an online form... and got a credit card.
    That's it. That's the story.

    Please nobody apply for a credit card 3 times in quick succession, a computer will look at that and think the person must be desperate! Hence they decline it!! Space your applications out and apply for a easier (credit building) to get card and build up your credit history that way. Always pay ur card off in full.
    Also a credit score means nothing, banks look at your whole credit report not the number to assess credit worthiness. In America it's a bit different though.

    Just to note that in the UK the actual score doesn't have much bearing, not sure if you mention this in the video as I'm still watching it. The reason for this is there is no universal credit score in the UK across the credit reference agencies. Income to debt ratio and paying everything on time will make you in good stead for credit. Love that you are talking about this stuff Jade! What's really important when it comes to credit cards is that an application for credit will actually lower your credit score in the short term. You haven't yet proved you are able to pay back the money you have applied to borrow. In the longer term (over a period of a few years), making the payments will improve your score. You can see how likely you are to be accepted for a card on comparison websites before making a formal application, which means you are far less likely to be rejected and have the hit to your score. I personally started out at about 18 getting a 0% on purchases card for the longest period available, kept the utilisation low (maxing out a credit card is also bad for your score even if you are paying it off) and then made sure I'd paid it all off at the end of the 0% period. Just my two cents as a 22 year old who is really interested in personal finance :)

  • @ImogenWhite

    Jade, another thing to look into is a LISA (Lifetime ISA) - you can invest £4000 a year, you get 25% interest from the government each year (£1000 free!!) stocks and shares are low at the moment so in the long term it SHOULD (don’t count me on this!) go up! You can use it towards buying a house or you can access it when you’re 60 (pension) Just another useful financial tip for the future!!

    Brilliant video Jade and good luck with the credit card ☺️ It's a shame that personal finance and taxes are a few of the many things on the list of things you never get told about until you're in the thick of it, especially because it affects every single one of us and money in the end is part of *every* decision you make in life.
    I'd love to see a video about a healthy relationship and philosophy surrounding money. A side effect of suddenly having to force yourself to learn about personal finance can be an unhealthy pursuit to secure money for oneself. Often I've seen that the people with the best attitudes towards money are those who don't have a lot of it, or don't attach a lot of themselves to it.

    • @UnJadedJade
      @UnJadedJade  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh, of course. This is something that's been on my mind recently too. A mindset of abundance in money, to me, means not feeling attached to it. Preparing for the future, being mindful and sensible etc, but not feeling the need to hoarde. Minimalism and rejecting consumerism help here too. I can definitely explore this, thank you!
      Another interesting point I'd like to explore is that where you put your pension might be the single most important financial decision for contributing to a good (or very bad) environmental cause. So much I'm still learning!! Glad you enjoyed it, Luther. 💛

    I'm so happy that in the Netherlands we do not have the bullshit of creditcard scores.... We tend to solely use debit cards. Mortgage is and exception in which the bank looks at your savings, your employment status and at how secure your source of income is and then determains the amount you are able to lend. Howeve,r if you have any debt and it does get registered(BKR), which also registers if you pay off that debt like you should(and if you don't or have a significant amount of dept it negatively impacts your mortgage). Still, I am happy to see you teach personal finance because it is such an underlit topic! I already know that I want to start investing when I have a steady stream of income, but right now I don't even know were to start...

    I am 20 years old and this has inspired me Jade to do my own research on pensions, and thank you SO much, it was super helpful! I have decided to invest in a stocks and shares ISA rather than in a Personal Pension, because I can access that money whenever I want to rather than once I'm 55 like in a pension. That will be helpful to me when I one day buy a house. However, once I get a graduate job, I will also enrol in my employer's pension scheme and will grow my pension pot in that way. Xx

    I’ve been very fortunate in that my dad has always encouraged me to be money smart. I’ve always had good knowledge of how to save money through the various savings accounts and ISAs, which has helped massively. That and the fact I was accepted for a credit card soon after turning 18 (I’m 19 now). More young people need to be smart with their money, many of my peers at uni are still unsure of the best ways to manage their money. Best of luck with your application!

  • @sof6527
    @sof6527 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    I'm 19, just finishing my first year of uni, and like many others I opened a student bank account. My bank actually offered me a student credit card, which I decided to open, because I know banks will make it so hard to give young people credit cards because, like Jade said, they dont know if you are a trustworthy person because you do not have a credit score. But if you are in a situation where you can get a student credit card, pay for small items, maybe online shopping with it and pay back the money every month to help build up your reputation, i.e credit score :)

    Just a reminder: you dont HAVE to get a credit card for a good credit score. Paying bills on time, taxes ect. will also up it. Be careful with credit cards and dont get lazy with paying stuff back. Many people end up in bad debt because of them. Be aware of what you’re applying for. I don’t recommend getting one at all if avoidable

    Hi Jade, personal finance is a big part of people's live when they are in the need for money etc and struggling to pay the bills, but the people who were both lucky and responsible can manage their finances to the point where it is almost irrelevant in their lives. To master your finances you only need a few simple habits to help you (I have no idea of how much you know when it comes to personal finances):
    -live bellow your means: never spend too much of your income and don't spend more just because your income has increased.
    -invest: there are so many ways of doing this, in my personal opinion you should invest in what you are able to understand and master E.G.:
    -real estate renting: if you understand the possible costs and risks of renting a home and getting a mortgage for it you can master the cashflow and be able to find good deals that will sustain you with lots of money.
    -stocks: you MUST only invest in companies that you are capable of understanding on a deep level. People like Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger and many more know a lot about investing and have many good interviews. Try thinking about if the company you are investing in would be making more money than it is today (3 to 5 years is a great time span to start) and make a guess of a fair valuation (stock price/market cap/pe ratio) and see if your specific valuation would give you the amount of return that you wish.
    -pay attention to your spending carefully: use websites such as mint.com to track your spending.
    -Create/manage your passive income streams: you are doing this really well with your youtube channel, and you can create passive income in many other ways too!

    Like the video, also if you have a student account (which you normally get when you go to uni), they normally have student credit cards available. The interest rate is very low/ monthly repayment option is very low too. This might be easier for people to get a credit card than the way Jade is going through :). Please check with your local bank

  • @MeganneBeach
    @MeganneBeach 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    There’s absolutely nothing about a credit score that indicates you are good at handling your finances (like balancing a checkbook or investing in mutual funds). What it really does is monitor how comfortable you are with taking on debt to pay for things over the course of your life. It’s an arbitrary game banks want you to obsess over so the more you owe them over more years the higher your score.

      "You are the most amazing and talented person I know." and "You are one of the most amazing and talented people I know.". I am not 100% sure, but the trick is: in the 2nd sentence, you add "one of", which means 1 in a group of amazing and talented people. In the 1st sentence, one talks about the other person and only that person. That person is not part of the people who are amazing and talented. Ergo, you tried to say the second sentence in my explanation. :) Hope this helped!
