    Located in the Lesser Antilles of the West Indies, Barbados is an island country famous for its stunning landscape and its rum. But this former Commonwealth country also made the headlines recently after it transitioned to a republic in 2021. To discuss the future and the seemingly endless possibilities that this institutional shift brought about, CMG's Zou Yun sat down with Mia Amor Mottley, prime minister of Barbados, and looked into some of the opportunities provided by China-Barbados cooperation, especially within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. A fervent supporter of the fight against climate change, Mottley also expressed her concerns about its impact on small island states and called upon the international community to unite to support global efforts. She also commended China for eradicating extreme poverty and said President Xi Jinping's global initiatives offer a potential route for development that is worthy of consideration and reflective of Barbados' values.

    Such eloquent diplomat. She expresses her views and comments with such genuineness and sincerity. No hyperboles.
    Compare that with the brash comments from politicians, media and think-tanks from the west, the contrast couldn’t be more stark.
    It’s a clear reminder that China must continue to treat countries large and small with the utmost respect, sincerity and fairness. That’s how you win people’s hearts and minds.

    MM is a sensible, deeply scholared, confident distiller of the lucid approach to true self governing. She has command of the implications of history, the reality of global challenges, whilst taking the pinnacle seat to advocate on behalf of Island states subject to the looming sword of Damocles...that climate changes presents. early obliteration. Mia quietly disposes the figureheads of the developed countries that continue to treat other countries as pawns mutual respect could achieve much more.

    I fulljoyed this China Barbados beneficial Versational (without the prefix Con) interview.
    Gratulations, without the prefix Con as against, to trick, swindle, deceive, lie, beguile, ripoff, falsifying, fool etc., Prime Minister Mia Amor Motley of Barbados for entering in the Versational Kung Fu interview, with Kung Fu interview of CGTN Zou Yun.
    Zou Yun speaks and questioned Prime Minister Motley

    • @docterryates340
      @docterryates340 ปีที่แล้ว

      Zou Yun questioned PM Mia A. Mottley like a verbal Kung Fu Master of English words and Barbadian sayings. She started out in the interview with the Kung Fu Panda 🐼 style of questions. Then, Zou Yun questioning PM Mottley using the Kung Fu Monkey 🐒 style of English words.
      Fortunately, for PM Mia A. Mottley, using the Great Muhammad Ali style of defence, she lured Zou Yun into the Rope a Dope style of answering her English Kung Fu style of questioning 🤨.
      Listening 🎧 to Zou Yun and PM Mia Amor Mottley having a beneficial Versation about expectations of China and Barbados is a model for other Caribbean Eyelands to watch 👀, ear 👂, and listen 🎧 how Barbados is benefiting as the youngest Republic Nation of the World with China instead of the previous Colonial Europeans and USA Countries.
      Zou Yun used the Kung Fu Crain style of English words in the ending of this interview.
      Nowever, PM Mia Mottley used the Caribbean Winds, ⛈️ storms and Sunshine 🌞 in the end of this interview, by inviting Zou Yun and others to experience Barbados.
      This is a product Versation without the prefix Con.

What she and her fellow CARICOM African leaders should be focused on is that of reparations tangible cash REPARATIONS from their colonial holders for the descendants of the enslaved, with tangible cash REPARATIONS her people will be in a better position to invest in infustructure, policies, education that prepared the next generation to development innovations and manufacturing and also international trade. The inequalities and the high unemployment is a big issue within CARICOM. Its the pirvate sector wealth which drives a nation not politics, even the Chinese knows this.
