HOT WHEELS id | SMART TRACK | TOP SPEED CHALLENGE

- Our first event using the Hot Wheels id Smart Track and all of the HWid cars for Series 1. This time we are going for "Top Speed". Each car is scanned into the Hot Wheels id app. The actual car will lap the Smart Track and the driver will try to keep the rpm's high. If you over rev, the car will fly off. Using the Portal the app will track the cars highest speed reached each lap. The car with the Highest Top Speed will win.

Would be cool if hot wheels had this setup with multi-player, so you could compete in real time with other players around the world.
Life Changning, MUST WATCH! showed this to my kid and my grandma and it's all we could think about for months. This is what quality family time needs.
Would be cool if hot wheels took this concept and expanded it for side-by-side racing.
Same thing I said, I like to race! Just going for time, is just not that exciting to me.
The packaging is great, looks expensive so you know it will be watered down and discontinued in short order, looks like one to buy while it's available and keep in the back of a cupboard.
You guys should've used a rug or a carpeted floor for the landings man! Those cars took punishment! Would love to see how you guys innovate with creating a custom track of your own too! Entertaining as always!!

I actually did...lol, they were wild and lasted a while. It felt like your feet were inside a enclosed pillow.

I've noticed for races with a loop or steep banked turns low bumpers aren't good
I agree strongly need another track piece after loop
@@MetalMania3DTV-TAS-AUS or maybe not such steep turns and something on them like a fake fence so the cars don't go flying

I waited SO LONG FOR THIS!!! It’s worth it though.
Just a suggestion, if you guys do this next time, this is my opinion but a car could probably go at least 400 but fly off the track, which means that car cannot handle that speed. That is what happened to the viper when he knocked off shark hammer. The viper went at a speed that he couldn’t handle. So if a car goes at it’s best speed but flys off, it shouldn’t count But if a car flys off at a slower speed, the best speed should still count. Thanks and great racing so far.

What is the name of the hot wheel gaming app
It gives the phrase "pump it up" a whole new meaning.The cars really took some beating though, and these are $7 models.
I'm curious to see if you can combine these with normal track pieces so you can create unique settings.

For anyone having trouble with cars flying off in difficult challenges. Track manga car is the best car that i have rarely flies off.
Good race. That Smart track is really cool, but I Would suggest that you put the cars on the floor while they’re on the track that way if they fly off they won’t go flying and get damaged severely

This is very cool the only problem i see is they could have put alittle better banked turns with alittle better lip to keep the cars from flying off.other than that this is a cool concept.a drap strip setup with this would be very very cool.

So that is just a a manual pump booster and the car juts have chip in them just to link to the app?they are not batterie operated?

I just stumble upon this system. I buy a portal and 6 extra cars. I download the app and scan them. It’s for my grandson this Christmas so nothing is used yet. When I scan the last car, the app tell me nothing to do with this system will function after the last day in December. My Grandson has 6 days to set a land speed record and then they become just expensive toy cars again. Do you know if the basic functions of the app will still work after 1st Jan ‘24 ? Appreciate your content and the family side of things, good luck to y’all and if I’m honest, fishing, nah, little cars, yessir 😂. Take care.

....you guys should try it without the loop cause it's right off the booster and i think datz wen the cars are at top speed and its too much for that curve..and i think for a car too record a valid top speed it should complete that lap for it too count...if it passes the booster at 170mph nd flies off right aftr it shouldn't count cause it didn't complete the 1 lap at dat speed....jus a thought...

Does it scan specific véhicules or every hotwheels ever made?
Not all, because these cars has a special bottem, it says id on it aswell, you can only scan id cars

Yeah I think the 6 lane was a ToysRus item since I really didn't see it anywhere else. Then every christmas you could get it for only $50. Jeebers I miss that toy store.
