- Today we finish up the interior of our Skoolie (School Bus Converted to Camper). Gary installed a covers over the fenders and a prep area. We also venture off the farm to watch Mazzy cheer at a Bradford football game and even visit the BMX practice. Thanks for watching and God Bless!

I sure miss my camping days with our kids and family. My husband drove the motorhome, and I drove the van, towing the boat. My sisters had sea doos and a party barge. Mom and dad would bring their motorhome, and we would all have an amazing time. Once you get the skoolie stocked to your liking, you'll be able to grab your daily essentials, jump on board, and just go have fun making awesome memories. Oh my goodness! I'm turning green with envy!

Great Video. The Skoolie is turning out great. You may also like to pick a emergency fire blanket. They won't leave the spray all over everything like an extinguisher does. That little faith is so special, our donkeys are more of the tolerant type, not the friendly type when our weather cools down I probably going to sit out in their pen with them and read maybe they’ll start liking people more

don't drive without securing everything . If you were to wreck or swerve, gravity will move things. If you were to flip or tip over, they would crush someone. Alway think of the worse possibility and build for it and then you know your family will be safe. Better safe than sorry. By the way, it looks great and you have been very creative with your build

Great video, the baby donkey is so cute and just loves to be petted and loved. I love seeing Sue she is a great cat. The boys are doing so good with the BMX, and Mazzy is doing great with organizing the cheerleading. The Schoolie is looking so fantastic such a good job you did Gary and I know the whole family helped throughout when needed. I can't wait to see the video of your first camping trip. The pie/sandwich-making thing you bought reminds me of a cast iron one my family had when I was a child and we loved it. Using buttered bread and a can of pie filling we made delicious hand pies when out camping as well as grilled cheese sandwiches. We also did it on the stove at home and made great pies so easy. Walmart has plastic Dinner plates, Salad plates and Bowls for .50- 1.00 each that are really a good weight, in various colors. We have them for our Travel Trailer. You can also get an inexpensive set of silverware and utensils there. You can also pick up clearance beach towels that are quick drying, that work great. 😊 Remember to secure everything, you will be in a rolling earth quake.
The schoolie is looking good. Y'all should have lots of fun in your glorified tent. Can't wait to see your first adventure. Lil Faith has become attached to you. Looks like Mazzy had a good time leading the cheerleaders. Good luck with the football team. GOD bless y'all.

I believe Faith will stay gentle as long as you continue to socialize with her. Have you seen the two donkeys 🫏🫏 at Cog Hill Family Farm. They both LOVE Jason and Brooke. They are absolutely LOVABLE. They love lots of attention. But then, all of their farm animals are very affectionate with the exception of Scott, the peacock and his ladies. But their white peahen, Goldie is very sweet. Even the pigs are all lovable. I enjoy watching their videos, both channels are great.

Gary, you did a fantastic job on the skooli, I hate tents so this would be perfect for short term camping trips! You’re right about once you stock it with all your pots, pans, silverware and dishes then you just need to pack your clothes and food before each trip, easy peasy. I can't wait to see your fall break camping trip!! My grands have been on fall break this week. They're all fishing, hiking, and having a blast up with their other grandparents at the cabin in Pine, Arizona. The boys are doing awesome at BMX, and Mazzy is in her element with leading, cheering, and making core memories!!

We used that type of "pie iron" when I was little.. 60 yrs ago. Lightly butter 1 side of bread... on both sides of the cooker. Fill it with any kind of pie filling, or applesauce, or spaghetti with sauce or use jiffy corn bread mix and slices of hot dog, boom, corn dogs. We even put leftover stuff like meatloaf and potatoes in it. You will have fun using it. Again..I LOVE THE BLUE COUNTER. Gary...use a green enchilada sauce. It isn't hot, just has good flavor. We never use red sauce anymore.
I’m 80 now but I did that with some of my furniture into my apartment. A friend got it loaded for me into my van but when I got home I had to mostly do it alone, walked things, some end over end. Proud of myself that I accomplished it. 😃🤭 and that’s a great idea on that tool chest.
When you set the brakes on the tool cabinet it should set perfectly. GREAT job. Boys look so good with their BMX riding

Gary, to make a pie in the tonka bakers (that is what we used to call them). Take two slices of bread, buttered, put the pie filling in the bread slices and put her in the fire. You can make anything with them, pizza, etc. Hope you enjoy them!

Gary you can lock the wheels from rolling on your prep bench. That will help it to not go anywhere. You've done a great job in the schooling. Love you all ❤
Please pray that my pain from my broken toe surgery will lessen as I am miserable and can't sleep more than 3-4 hours at a time. I pushed myself to hard the last couple of days. You have been a blessing to give me strength to push through my journey of life and I am thankful.🛌

The schoolie really looks good. I really like the lights you guys chose as well as the otger stuff. I like the layout too. It makes sense. Does your utility cart not have locks on the wheels. We used very similar carts at the hospitals for crash carts and the wheels on those locked. I was the shift supervisor for Respiratory Therapy and required to attend all codes at the hospital and traumas coming into the ER. I can't count the number of times I've ran to push the crash cart and about wiped out when the someone had locked the wheels. They weren't supposed to be because of how fast we move in an emergency 😂😂. Cassie, it's better to have it and not need it than to meed it and not have it, just like protection. Don't forget first aid supplies.

It will be a nice place to sleep. You will be outside of the house but not outside on the ground. I would like to camp like that.

I always had what ever I used in the house I had in the motor home so no unpacking and always ready to go, just food and clothes for the time of weather, you are going to love the freedom to go where you want and park and have fun.
It’s handy to have a plastic bowl so you can clean your teeth ,face or a wash cloth wash if needed with a large water container for that and emergencies if your not close to the amenities at a campground.😊Our camper is always stocked with everything except food and clothes so you’re ready to go quick for a last minute holiday .

The first camping trip will be a test trip. I like the idea of the alarms as a lot of people don't think of that. Did the water get back on to water the animals? Great jumps Ranger and Ransom. Good job with the cheer squad Mazzy!

Don't forget the major idem you need in the skoolie, a coffee pot.
Recommend strapping the fridge, and microwave in the front while driving to prevent falling forward also to keep the doors from opening. Looks so awesome!! Things will move to the center when turning corners.
Need a toilet paper roll holder for bathroom and a something to set sanitizer on after going to bathroom.

❤ love what you are doing with the skoolie! As to anchoring things, bear in mind a panic stop scenario. Anything loose is going to become a flying projectile even at 40 mph. So a couple of anchor points on the tool chest would definitely be wise.👍
It also has brakes on the wheels, such as they are, but yes, anything that could fly is definitely a hazard - a couple of fireblankets by the microwave would make good stuffing on one side, at least, too
By the same token, something to stop the commode from floating would be a good refinement, if not already on your list
Where is the storage for the BMX bikes? I suspect you wont go far without those :)
The boys are doing well at keeping the forward momentum going when getting air, now, as well - so grateful that you take us along to enjoy their prowess
