Nice to see the smallest crowd ever for beaver state fling. Dgp selling tickets and limiting spectator viewing not only here but portland open also. Boo dgpt. 500.00 vip tickets, who are you trying to bring into the sport?
@KelsOwned yah, but there was 500.00 dollar golden tickets where you got to sit on a couch on 1st tee box and special paths to follow the card throughout the corse. Your ticket allowed you access to about 1/3rd of the course.
Can we please for the love of god stop cutting to the catch cam right after the disc is out of these guys hands?? The entire reason we all love disc golf is seeing those beautiful flights. Cutting to the catch cam without the basket in frame is so confusing I have no idea where these guys are throwing…
It's going to be pretty rare to see the entire flight from one angle on this course. I personally prefer the multiple angles. It allows me to study the shots more closely.
Love your content, but torn on the decision to have so many ads. Longest ads of any creator i watch. Want to support you guys, but it is overkill in my opinion. I may be in the minority, and while i love your dedication, just may rub some as being a bit greedy. Keep up the great work, and take this with a grain of salt.
How many times are we going to listen to jerm make mistake after mistake and forcing his co-commenters to correct him before we get a change? Hes only here because nobody in Jomez will tell him that
Lovely stuff as usual! For real, can't thank y'all enough for showing us weekend-warriors how the sport's really played 👋👋😅 (Also big HONK to the FPO coverage! Amazing final round 💯💯👋👋)
When showing the leader and the standings after each hole, I really struggle to understand why they are shown at different holes. Why cannot we see what the scores are at the hole of the lead card? I mean, if say Heimburg is in the lead at hole 3, I am not interested to hear that McMahon has a better score through hole 16 - that is not relevant! Rather show what score Eagle had at hole 3, so we can compare apples to apples! I find myself skipping to the end of the video to get a score to trust. Is it just me? Please explain.
I'm not claiming this is the right way to do it, but they do it this way to show us what the lead card players see/know as they are playing their round. Other players have already entered their results for later holes.
@@francoisaube7652 That is actually a really good point, that I hadn't thought about. So we see the score that they saw live at the time, which of course influences how agressive they play / strategy. I am just surprised when I see someone from card 4 with the same score as the leader, then I see that that is 7-8 holes on, meaning they are not really too much in contention. Would love to see both. Like "score" and "score to beat" or whatever, but this one aspect that you say makes it much easier to understand. Hadn't thought of that. Thanks!
@29:00 Well Nate, it's relative to the size of each item (the square or the round peg). Or you could go with Schrödinger's cat; a hypothetical cat may be considered both alive and dead simultaneously because its fate is linked to a random event that may (or may not) occur.
So stoked to see Luke playing free!! He looks so smooth and has really been showing his talent this year. I can't wait to see him play more. Love from New Zealand 💚
WRT Ezra's temperament, couldn't agree more. I was following him at portland open in the final round on hole 18, and he wasn't happy w/ an upshot. Stomped his disc, threw a fit. I was like...whoa bro. If he can turn that into something productive, I think he can come out on top!

It’s hard for emotional people like myself, to reign it in… I found out in Bowling, that after I stopped throwing temper tantrums, that my game started improving dramatically.

Lead card is on hole 4 and you’re showing players finishing hole 14, that doesn’t mean anything to me, they’re not in the running to win, please
Jomez should do a "zebra frame", like a star frame, makes a donation in the same way. Occurs when the card all have different score for the hole. Or maybe if its goes dbl bogey, bogey, par, birdie. idk im stoned. seemed like itd be cool
Would love to see more camera angles like the follow flights on hole 9 instead of switching to catch cam mid flight. Or really just one angle you can see the disc and the basket in the same shot as much as possible
the easy way to make courses harder is to just install smaller baskets..which I think inevitably has to happen. It will make players find the necessity to be way more accurate to get as close to the basket as they can. The commentators were comparing it to ball golf but ball golfers a putting into a way smaller hole in comparison
