I was told ...Don't begin with "Hi, I'm Kas..." nor with what I do...
I've been advised, told, guided and mentored about 'how to' with my videos and my website... so many damn rules to follow.
They say "you only have 3 seconds to grab their attention before they leave you". This is enough to freeze the most seasoned Presenter, Trainer or Speaker.
How on earth can we possibly make up our mind about another human being within 3 seconds! We're all multi faceted and complex beings... it's impossible!
