36:35 i understand that PBE is to test something before launch. I agree on the that in the balancing perspective. But for the fix on Morello, isn't it super damn easy to just try and test in Dev mode or something? Just try to use the new item with new code with the physical unit and see if it works. It doesn't need to be proved in PBE . . .

I have to admit I have lost a game with two 3-star 4 costs. 3-star Aphelios and Sejuani lost to a 4-star Teemo with 4 Strategist and 4 Multicaster (the Teemo got Shroud'd at the beginning as well)
I mean putting a healing item on your backline is fine except when deadeye just 1 shots your backline it doesn't matter much.

Hey mort, I get the feeling more and more as sets go on that allowing people to go lvl 9 and shove every 5 cost they find and calling it a comp that can actually work feels pretty bad. People simply wait and explode their gold at lvl 9 while mindlessly buying everything golden on the shop. I get 5 cost have to be good and feel impactful, but having 5 of them on your team and no sinergies besides "I invested gold in this" makes the rest of the game seems just a useless run for 2nd or 3rd place =(

Honestly, most annoying part of mort is that he isn't buying 4 costs to thin the pool and make it more likely to get Gwen.

zeri and aphelios dominated 13.12 and 13.14 but they did not hit a nerf while a useless unit like Gwen got nerfed? is this how this game got balanced?
The previous Gwen change was obviously intended to be a buff, but it just didn't work out that way. Hopefully this new AI change fixes that. Also, Zeri and Aphelios did not need to get hit by a nerf because ranged AD units should be playable unlike during 13.13 where they were basically unclickable units.

I have encountered a bug with Bastions. I played 6 with 3 Targons and after 10 seconds it seems to lower the defenses of the units instead of increasing. Try it sometimes and see if it also happens, not just to me. @MortdogTFT
Read the trait carefully, the Bastion trait doubles the bonus resistances for the first 10 seconds. It does not increase it after 10 seconds. In your case, you're just losing the doubled resistances after the elapsed time.
