    Though little consolation
to leave this life doing what
you love is a most glorious
    end. John still guides millions
of his followers. He lives each time I play one of his
videos. I wish I could tell
him about the gains I made
after getting out of the hospital. I'm going to do
    weight lifting untill I drop
and on the way out I'll
    curl or flex. something
    and thank John Meadows

Your lookin a lot stronger than when I last checked in when you had the heart attack. Your like me a fast healer! Anyway my favorite out of these is the close grip pin press. Your not gunna believe this, but because I live in a one bedroom apt. space is limited. I'm using two car jack stands and a 1967 Robert's barbell with rusty cast iron plates . I'm 65, I had a broken arm with nerve damage from a bike wreck in 1990 I can't go heavy but it still works for me!!! Thanks for the 6 great tips!!👍🏋️‍♂️

I’m definitely still a few inches short though. I won’t be suing as someone recommended, but glad to see you now more diplomatically promise “bigger” arms rather than 21” arms 😉💪
