Thanks John! Still keeping my workouts fresh w new exercises even after 35 years of training. Thank you for keeping his channel alive it’s appreciated❤
I recently discovered you on TH-cam, John. You were a class act and projected humanity and sincerity in all your work. I was so very sad to hear of your passing. Godspeed.
New to strengthening, (again after 20 years), I dig your channel after watching several vids, no ego, no nonsense, just straight strengthening, THANK YOU!
When I got back into the gym I discovered the hodge twins. Now I discovered the man. I love his no nonsense ways and straight forward attitude. I love the KISS system (keep it simple stupid, or sergeant).
Your lookin a lot stronger than when I last checked in when you had the heart attack. Your like me a fast healer! Anyway my favorite out of these is the close grip pin press. Your not gunna believe this, but because I live in a one bedroom apt. space is limited. I'm using two car jack stands and a 1967 Robert's barbell with rusty cast iron plates . I'm 65, I had a broken arm with nerve damage from a bike wreck in 1990 I can't go heavy but it still works for me!!! Thanks for the 6 great tips!!👍🏋️♂️
Love the simplicity of your workouts and yet super effective, been following you a minute and noticed a huge difference, making a protein pie today your own recipe!! Stay pumped brother.
I noticed your videos and then read you were gone already which made me kinda sad. However I’m still following and I’m glad TH-cam keeps showing me your content.. ❤
I forgot the pin presses. Too many programs and now moving back to basics. Thank you for these tricep builders - I have incorporated about 4 of these so far :)
Just watched your top 7 for biceps yesterday before my back n bi routine. For awhile now I’ve had issues getting a connection and a pump in my bi’s. I tried a couple of your exercises. Dumbbell preacher really worked for me. Felt great to get a good pump and a connection w/ my biceps again. Appreciate the help and everything you do.
Hi there Mr ‘Dog. 2 days ago I tried that bicep workout which you implied would give me 21” arms. I tried it, gave it 2 days as you recommended in the comments. I’m definitely still a few inches short though. I won’t be suing as someone recommended, but glad to see you now more diplomatically promise “bigger” arms rather than 21” arms 😉💪
I saw the dual-handle pushdown first in your arm video with Jeff Nippard and I've been using it as a stable of my tricep training ever since. It's a tricep builder like nothing else.
Hi sir John medows , I m sorry to say but you have now started the best 7 series , on the other hand we were waiting for you to complete the build your own workout series, that feel phase , explosive phase , supermaximal and stretch phase , plz do complete that series we r waiting for triceps, legs shoulders as well, lots of love from India

How am I just now finding your channel? Great variations that I will be incorporating on my tricep workout. You've earned a new sub and I look forward to learning more from you.

That Tate extention is a true humbler, even a 25 pound DB feels heavy.
You have to check your ego at the door when you do Tate extensions.

Thanks for sharing
John your arm exercises are must watch & must learn, the extended rope pull down is my favourite of many not seen elsewhere....
Since finding your channel, I almost always use the spongy handles for my push downs.
Great exercises John, I’ll be using these, thank you. 😊
I always try out your technique and learn a new level of soreness! Thank you MD
I appreciate all you're knowledge and wisdom
When I'm always out of ideas for exercises I'll always come here thanks john
Gave your 7 bicep workout a go last night man they're sore today, thanks for that one I'll be giving this one a try tonight
Awesome. I like the rope pushdowns. Easy on my elbows, and if you lock your shoulders back at the bottom you really get a strong contraction.
40s with the curl bar will give you an exceptional tricep workout as well!
rack press/pin press..def going to give this a try!
I saw the dual-handle pushdown first in your arm video with Jeff Nippard and I've been using it as a stable of my tricep training ever since. It's a tricep builder like nothing else.

Love these videos. I'll do a set of Meadow rows in his memory
Everytime I watch i one of John’s I learn something new!
Thats basically my routine. No Tate presses or dumbell extensions because of recent triceps tendon surgery. Good stuff...
Thanks dude, I do love JM press, but I switch my tricep move every month, and there are a couple of lifts I never knew were a thing in here.
Awesome! Glad to see I have done some of these! Love the ropes and cables for bi & tri work! 🇺🇸💪👊
