    I am an ELT student 2nd grade rn and I wanted to ask should I be able to teach someone English? Since I have no experience I am not sure that I have the ability but maybe I should judt try to teach someone?

    Hello, I really need help! I watched almost all of your videos before beginning my first year as a teacher. but I still can't make the class listen to me. I'm having so much stress because of this and I'm new teacher that is only teaching for 3 month so I must be good to continue my career...
    From the first day I put on the board some rules.. got the students to sign on sheets but right from the next lesson it was like nothing had happened and it is getting worse, i feel like I'm not strict and confident enough to deal with students. (A subject i should teach in one lesson is taking three or four lessons) and I'm really hating going to school.
    I would like to hear your opinion!
    Thank you very much😊
    Or any other opinion that could help me! Thank you again

      Trust in yourself , don' t give up, you' re a very good teacher, what you are doing Is the best thing for them
      no doubt!
      I' Ve been teaching for 15 years and I love my job... Students during my classes are often noisy and chatty, my collegues sometimes criticize me but I kmow from my studies that English classes Need some noise and at the end of the lesson they Surprise me with what they have learnt!

      It' s only a question of time...
      When you feel disappointed, don ' t be sad but sit and wait thinking abour what has happened and try again, learning from your experience...
      My teaching Life Is not Always Easy and I can fail , Remember, we are humans... But don' t give up!🌸

      @@vanessabarbera277 thank you! I will try new strategies but I don't know how to be strict enough towards students.. (talking about 12y.o students) do you have any tips for that?

    I have certainly encountered this in my professional career as well as caused myself to question whether I am suitable enough to teach others regardless my experience. It takes a few weeks until I settle into any new profession. Another great video!

      Btw, you didn't mispronounce 'methodically' unexpectedly at all.

    I follow you from Yemen and I want to ask you one question what does it mean when someone tell you this sentence be safe for me

    • @WakkerWordWoord
      @WakkerWordWoord ปีที่แล้ว

      "Be safe for me" "Keep safe!" It means that they are concerned about your welfare and safety.
