I know I am a couple of months late but I am wondering if anyone as the same problem as me my fire tablet is stuck on the logo screen but it turns on and off I don't know what to do I tried everything
I went to the BIOS screen and did a factory reset. Now it's not stuck on the "Amazon" logo, but it is stuck on the "FIRE" logo. The logo is slowly flashing. Back to the BIOS screen and it says it's stuck in some cache/restore loop. Did another factory reset and reboot from the BIOS screen and it is the same. It is plugged in and stuck on this FIRE logo for 24 hours now. Is it trash?
If I plug it in, take the battery out and put the battery back in then it turns on and goes to the homescreen. But if I then turn it off it wont come back on again with the power button unless I unplug the battery again. What do I do??
For me it's just stuck doing Amazon logo and then going black and doing that on repeat. There's nothing I can do, I've followed pretty much every video tutorial and it doesn't work. Battery also doesn't seem to hold a charge because the moment I unplug the kindle it just dies. My mom received this as a gift, not much of a gift if it doesn't work.
Yea I got one that just keeps turning on and off while plugged in and only loads the amazon logo. Cant even get to the factory restore page. I think it's one that started doing that after one of amazon's update's that overloaded the ram
Heads up to anyone else experiencing this: I contacted Amazon after going through all the troubleshoot advice. It was no longer under warranty but, the employee deduced that it was an update which had run a few weeks ago that started causing all the problems and they replaced it for free. I still lost everything on the old one but, at least I didn't have to replace the device too. Best wishes!

I held the power button and pushed the volume button up for a few second and it reset without wiping anything it just reboot and was back online like normal, Thanks for your help.
How can you fix a "Failed to Mount Cache (Invalid Argument)" error on fire 7 tablet? I have tried to wipe the cache and do a hard reset. Neither worked. I have 3 dead ones that were fine until amazon does an "upgrade" which are always downgrades or update and then it breaks the thing. Like the update that put alexa on it. A 3 gb app I dont want or need on a cheap $40 tablet that hardly comes with any ram or space. Ofcourse it wont work now. They wont give you your money back either. Because they make sure they do it years past warranty. I told them if they're gonna steal my equipment and break it you're gonna have to give me a 70 or 80% discount to replace it. They would only give me 50% so never bought another one

Me too
i don't know why this is happening
My firehd 10 2021 has a problem. It shut down automatically when I play some small games. How about yours?

same. I am able to reset to factory blah blah etc.. but it always stays on the "Fire" logo forever.
Why did you flash it?
If I plug it in, take the battery out and put the battery back in then it turns on and goes to the homescreen. But if I then turn it off it wont come back on again with the power button unless I unplug the battery again. What do I do??
What do you do when it goes to bios to factory reset? I tapped on it and it didn't do anything.
Exactly my question
You change and choose options using the volume keys not by tapping the touchscreen.

It's still stuck on the fire logo screen but I don't want to reset it because I don't have anything backed up
Same😭

Same, did you fix it?
@@endcreditsandsoundtrackswi6830 I have the same problem, were you able to fix it?
And what about when it won't let you factory restore? It just keeps saying permission denied after every attempt.
