That's how he's been winning some of these fights. Putting limits on the opposition. I love Tank, but they must have seen Frank as a big threat. It seems like every top fighter Tank fights is compromised in some way.. Santa Cruz made to come up, Ryan made to come down and not rehydrate, Rollies had no experience so he wasn't worried about him.. Now Frank can't go up past 12lbs. Smh..

Damn… I have never heard of a sanctioning body mandating a rehydration limit. This is wild stupid. The contract says the weight, if you make the weight you have worked your ass off to make the weight and meet your obligation and therefore should not be held back from rehydrating to whatever weight you make the night of the fight.

Wouldn’t work for ppv buys. Customer will will lose out on the fight they paid for if one fighter refuses to step into the ring due to a fighter coming in over weight
