As someone from england, you probably picked some of our worst snacks, I have to say I don't eat any of them as there are so many better opinions plus most of them were supposed to go with a cup of tea to stop them being dry. If you are going for biscuits, jaffa cakes, hobnobs, and jammie dodgers, are a must, Cadbury chocolate should always be included, and for savoury, you should have quavers, wootits and salt, and vinegar squares. They are all staples for english snacks.
Although I know it’s one of the classic snacks in Britain, Jaffa cakes to me personally are yucks🤢why ruining the rich chocolate flavour with orange flavour🤦🏻♀️
@JoeyChan983 I'll have to agree to disagree with that, I think orange and chocolate go very well together. In fact, Terry's chocolate orange (another delicious british snack, in my opinion) combines chocolate and orange really well and seems to be very popular.
@@katieward3994 I’ve heard of it before but never tried it yet, the first time I tried a chocolate snack with orange flavour was looking like crips(?) and was traumatized 😂 then gave one more chance to Jaffa cakes then gave up🤣not my cup of tea personally lol I do love British snacks like butterkist toffee popcorn🤤
The blonde guy has a really cool vibe abd style. I like him. Not only their (both) english is great but they seem chill aswell. I have never tried any british snacks before either i think (i'm from Germany). Most of the snacks we have here are german or from the USA. Sometimes Asia.
Most of these i wouldn't touch i wouldn't say they're popular snacks here in the UK as an adult, perhaps kids for most of them. As for the fig rolls i've only ever know older people to like them.
The stereotype of not finding good food in the UK is so outdated, especially if you go to London. If you can’t find good food in one of the biggest, most cosmopolitan cities on the planet it sounds like a skill issue. Great video as always and happy holidays everyone🎉
Some of the best food I've had has been in Britain, London, Bath, across the southernish regions, but Manchester as well. It depends where you go and where you eat. I found that some towns has some really lovely food, where ingredients were locally sourced, and prepared as well in lovely pub as the fancy restaurants in the main cities.
@ absolutely! I live in Spain and when I first told everyone about my holiday to London everyone told me I’d be starving. I actually had some of the best food ive ever tasted, and I come from a country that has an excellent cuisine.
How are you going to serve biscuits without tea! No wonder they didn't like a dry biscuit 😂 also British food it great and the stereotype that its bad is outdated. Unfortunately, giving people a bunch of off brand biscuits doesn't help
im british and dont like any of our snacks including the ones shown in this video.. theyre all too bland for my liking and i like stronger flavors. i like salty and very sweet. maybe thats why i love snacks from the usa and south korea for example
This comment just proves my point!! Our snack is not pack with lot of sugar and additives that will make the taste buds excited. I have no problem with British snacks.
The snack is not rubbish! 1. it is not as sweet as what y’all used too ANDDDDDD IT DOESNT HAVE ALL THE ADDITIVES THAT THEM OTHER SNACKS USUALLY HAVE. That’s why it will taste horrible to you lot taste buds .

Most of the biscuits are Tower Gate (Lidl Brand) which isn't even close to the originals or more well known brands. This needs a remake! 😅
