Glimpses of Harela celebration 2023 (Forest Gaurd an Forester 2023)

Harela has a great significance in Kumaon. This symbolizes a new harvest and the rainy season. It has become a common practice to attribute a slogan of - "Save The Environment" to Harela. Uttarakhand Forestry Training Academy encourage their Trainees to plant saplings either at nearby home, Forest land and other barren land.
