Bristi that was a good recipe of chickpeas and palak. You boiled chickpeas with tea(chai patti) and used the same tea liquid in making the gravy of the dish? Wouldn't it smell like tea or taste bad in the dish?

Bristi bahut achchha khana banati hoon. Lekin is video mein do step ko Chhota kiya ja sakta hai. Alag se chai ubalne aur khade masale seedhe chhole mein daalkar use baad mein chun chun kar nikalne ki jagah chai Patti aur khade masale potli mein baandh kar chhole ubalte samay daal dene se sirf potli ko nikal dena hoga aur kaam aasan ho jayega.
