Thank you for sharing such a delicious recipe of chole bhatura. 😊👍👌 Today I followed your recipe and it turned out to be really good.
I have a question for frying bhatura though .
Why do all my bhaturas did not dip fully when I put them in the oil for frying? The middle portion of the bhatura is always above the oil and when I try to prees it lightly to puff itup, it splatters oil.
Why do my bhaturas did not dip fully in oil as yours?

Bhatura must be rolled evenly from all the side then it will easily dip in the oil, if it is rolled thin in middle and little thick on corners then the middle part of it floats and rest is dipped....
