Excerpt from "10 Classic Head & Neck Dermatopathology Unknown Cases" (full video: kikoxp.com/posts/6045). A complete organized library of all my videos, digital slides, pics, & sample pathology reports is available here: kikoxp.com/posts/5084 (dermpath) & kikoxp.com/posts/5083 (bone/soft tissue sarcoma pathology).

How can we differentiate it from Poroma as both have endophytic basaloid proliferation and connected to epidermis?

    Very helpful
    Esp the Moo part
Now it’s easy to remember that multiple Trichilem-Moo-ma is associated with Cowden syndrome 😀

I really believe in that magic: those silly things (Moo & Cow...den) are old pedagogical tricks , they work like a charm, especially for very young ppl or those overburden with info.
I remember oldday school (primary) music history lessons: Teacher explained us why Paganini was so skilled with his long-spider- like arms and about Beethoven deffnes. In the eyes of kidos those "funny" handicaps allowed them retain some of their outdated masterpieces, fix those bizarre names in the memory and even more. Its cool, because u just need to repeat the joke/ funny stuff and the memory pops-up like a jack in the box 🙂... serving the answer.
