...how could any politician and those in power, with just a modicum of empathy, after watching just one of your heartening videos of dear old London, - not do, whatever it takes to protect it and all its many and varied British traditions and History in memory of the past, (and what once was first duty of Government i.e.: defense of the realm) for now and future generations...? A great man called Churchill, not that long ago, did just that, ...... and in the face of complete adversity too. Thank you, Sinead, for another wonderful "tour".
I used to work on The Strand and would often go to the Temple Inns to find a bench or a patch of grass to eat my lunch. Brings back some lovely memories. Thank you!
Thank you for these Tours, because I know I will never see them in person. In Temple Church, i would love to put my hand on those floor tiles, and feel History, knowing that people have been walking on them for Hundreds of Years. 🇦🇺
brilliant tour of this lovely place also lit up by gas light if i remember right . never seen inside middle temple hall stunning really enjoyed thanks Sinead all the best
Splended tour. I have walked through the Temple on a daily basis when working fulll time (now at least once a week) but have never been in the church. (my loss) As you make clear it is a very peaceful place and I would encourgage every visitor to London to walk around it.
Temple church is a very spiritual place. There is something very special about it. I always sense the past times when I visit there. Absolutely recommend going to see it and taking time to just be still in this historic place.
Hi Sinead. Did you know that the Templar Knights founded the original banking and insurance institutions, which came from the funds raised, because of their escort services for the pilgrims to Jerusalem? I truly enjoy your videos. Have an awesome day! ❤😊.
Wow, Sinead, what a tour... Is absolutely interesting the theme of Templars, and the Church is so impressive. Thanks for posting. I expect new adventures, darling. Kisses from Barcelona! And you looks absolutely beautiful! Bye! ❤❤❤❤❤❤💋💋💋💋💋💋
Beautiful Sinead photography and music This is where. I ended my self tour so was glad you showed me what I miseed Your photography of the church amazing
Hi Sinead, awesome live video walk tour I enjoyed it. How are are doing? I'm doing well and so is my cat Benjamin. All your live videos are always enjoyable have a great day see you next video. Next video could you do the Tower of London 😊
Awesome job as always Sinead‼️So much amazing history and a beautiful place. Your history knowledge never ceases to amaze me❤. I have been wanting to see Temple Church but I think the last few times I was in London it was under reconstruction. It is on my list (one of many) of tours to book with you!!❤❤❤
Sinead just want you to know that you have succeeded in doing 2 things. Made me enjoy enjoy watching Christmas videos several times and remembering a name of an architect Christopher Wren. You should know that makes you exceptional. Love it
Thanks for showing us the inside of the Temple. I'm glad you took time to show the beautiful floor tiles, one of my obsessions! The 8th Grand Master was one of my distant great grandfathers, along with quite a few other Templar great grandfathers. I'm fascinated by their history.
That was fascinating, i was quite surprised how quiet it was, can i just ask, are all those buildings offices or are some of them private dwellings at all? Great video Sinead and thank you x
Thank you for sharing. Very interesting. There were items mentioned that I was taught differently about. For instance. "signers of the US Declaration of Independence were Templars". My era was taught that they were masons. Just saying. Did you also know that the Templars changed their official name several times. The history channel has that detailed. Another just so you know, many folks confuse the Knights Templar with the Tutonic Knights of Germany. They were the poorer knights and had to share one horse between two knights. Surviving medallions show this as their identifying token. The floor tile in the Templar church balcony shows heraldry symbols from heraldry beginnings. Sometimes these show the tribes of the Bible and the knights origin relationship. Others show from what shire of England they were from at the time of recruitment.

Hi Sinead, I came across you from browsing and came across Ace channel Jack the Ripper. I so had to tune in to your channel. I'm so glad you mentioned it. I love the way you tell the stories. I had to subscribe. Philadelphia.

Just my opinion Sinead ...I saw you're collaboration with Ace about Jack the Ripper You don't need to collaborate with anyone You are too talented and knowledgeable for that😂 Although the video was outanding it was all because of you're carisma and knowledge of history that made it so incedible!!!😅
Passing through there after work in the eighties, (just getting dark in November) I saw a man dressed in Victorian clothes lighting a gas lamp. I turned around quickly because of the clip clop of a horse, who as you have guessed, wasn't there! I quickly turned back (still walking) and the Victorian man had vanished! Some kind of time slip!?

There is no excuse nor reason not to still design and build neighbourhoods in this style.
