these images make me feel as if i have been to these places (which i have not) kind of the sense of deja vu. they are calming but also very scary to me and i feel like it puts me in a deep state of emotion. whenever i have a bad day (such as today) i watch one of these videos and it always puts me in a calm state. it is very interesting
I feel like we've actually been to those places or similar ones, or we've dreamed about them but our minds aren't able to remember them perfectly so when we see a place similar our mind "unlocks" the memory that we've been there or we've seen it before. That's why this dreamcore images most of the times have little to no unrecognizable people, warm or little light and/or a lot of fog
TW TRAUMA or maybe (which happens with traumacore) we've been to places similar to them and something traumatic happened but we can't remember them very well because our mind errased that moment

Our brains use images from our daily lives and during REM sleep filter each image and layer them, I think that's why theses images seem 'familiar' (a lot of other factors are probably at play, such as personality, habits, fears, all of these give a uniqueness to the dream), our minds form a sort of 'off' reality, that's probably why sometimes we feel like they were real. I ain't no Neuroscientist, but the concept of dreams fascinates me, thanks for reading my blog.

Our brains use images from our daily lives and during REM sleep filter each image and layer them, I think that's why theses images seem 'familiar' (a lot of other factors are probably at play, such as personality, habits, fears, all of these give a uniqueness to the dream), our minds form a sort of 'off' reality, that's probably why sometimes we feel like they were real.
I ain't no Neuroscientist, but the concept of dreams fascinates me, thanks for reading my blog.

Me acuerdo cuando hubo un tiempo en el que estuve obsesionada con los backrooms porque me sentía demasiado nostálgica.
Al punto de practicar para tener sueños lúcidos y estar ahí "de nuevo"
Porque me sentía como en hogar, sentía que ya había hecho una vida ahí.
