What's hilarious is that it was CEO attacking him again (only his Lightning Storm went from 0:00 to 10:00 in that instance), but Bryan goes for Red just as Green mistook the attack before for Bryan doing it.
CEO was beaten badly and needed to get some pressure off, so he smacked Bryan in the face to provoke him into doing something, which Bryan leaped at.
I mean it was absolutely stupid of him, the nuke clearly went for him, even i heard that.
Just doing that and expecting nothing is... what the hell?

You should try spreading random yuri clones everywhere to protect against chrono. Maybe even put clones in the bio reactor as a defensive measures against pushes.
Not to substitute psychic towers, ofc. But maybe an option, in case of low money, lack of power, need to construct other structures, etc.

It's barely related but this brought back memories of those old Counter Strike servers where the entire map was this giant block of glass cubes, and you had to break all the glass to get to everyone else, and over the match we'd carve out these tunnels and staircases like a kid's jungle gym. Sometimes you'd just make these hidey holes and wait to be found.

I think the units go far away when you click on the wall, so they try to go to the other side of the walls.

All those unit/powerup/rank crates when you badly needed money!
If RA2 would exist on steam, there would be achievement for 8 players to save mutator and use it on the same group.
CEO was making money much faster and easier by producing MCVs at a discount (thanks to soviet plant) and grinding them for 100%. And having multiple war factories decreased mcv producing time. Why Bryan was risking with mutator?
Fyi if an elite gets promotion crate it will turn into cash instead

I had to watch in slow-mo to see what happened to those tanks at 1:02:20. Turns out, it's just RA2 pathing being dumb as bricks, I thought maybe there was a misinput, but no you just got 100% scammed.
1:01:34 last time had tank group selected on screen
1:01:35 box selectes a few tanks in yellows base, losing control of large tank ball back home
1:01:56 decimator used on left side of yellows base - further showing no control of main tank group
between this period of time, no move command cursor appears.
1:02:01 Bryan box selects his units on screen
1:02:03 Bryan adds all units on screen to control group 1, which his main tanks were in. Issues attack command for the group which makes the on screen tanks and mastermind move. No other command is given, and off screen Tank group visably starts to move on minimap
1:02:09 Bryan box selects units on screen again, commands them to attack nuclear power plant
1:02:15 Some of the main tank group arrives on screen from the attack move command issued at 1:02:03. The rest are pathing into Yellows base.

Feel like red was a little sus in this game
Stream sniping will be the best answer for how red "saw" your comrades.
He just used his mutator after you did and recycled them.
Obviously, the stream delay made him thought there are still comrades to be mutated.
Yeah honestly stream sniping happens constantly in these games but at least don't make it so blatant lol
