TvT games see a fair bit of lockdown but not as much as one would hope. Usually games have to reach battle cruiser operational just to have a chance to see that.

I get that these games sometimes may not be current, but when are the elite Terrans gonna learn that SKT has been nullified by the elite Zerg?
JYJ had ample opportunities very early on to pounce and wreak havoc, and played far too timid and it cost him. This game was lost in the first 4 minutes, before the failure to snipe the 3rd hatch and the panic reset to BCs.
Well that relentless ling and muta attack early in the game plus getting lurkers so fast was a rather impressive start for soulkey...but i agree sk terran is more of a challenge for terran players to use in securing a victory..i think some elite terran players want that challenge

@@FalconPaladin I've seen other casters that do a fine job...but objectively I say you got the natural caster's voice...and it's clear to see you love Broodwar just as much as a Broodwar addict like me...started watching your channel's casts during a lousy summer in 2020 when I lost the love of my life and a job I seriously enjoyed...during Covid layoffs...casters like yourself had a tremendous impact keeping people entertained and their minds off all the things we might have lost during Covid in 2020...much thanks

I saw a recent light vs hero with a three factory addition into tanks. Seemed really good, not sure why more players don't add tanks vs ultras

It's important to blast the Buggies and not be blasted in turn
The thing about scourge against battle cruisers is that BCs kill scourges 1 hit so if you just have enough BCs the scourge wont be able to close the distance at all. I just don't understand why pros stubbornly try to move out with like 2 or 3 BCs and then just leave them to do what ever they might manage to do alone on some base. This I feel like is not correct way to use BCs. Group more of them together and use them together with your army and yamato defilers is what I'm thinking.

Battlecruisers cannot hang out with Marines because they are too slow.

I have been saying that for years...well orchestrated mech is so hard to beat on limited resource maps...i think some terran players got tired of going mech all the time and wanted to try a different strategy

poor JyJ always losing to zerg these days. He's not nearly as good as he was when won ASL. He did have a few good moves today tho. I don't think this counts for the BC curse because the game was already far past lost when he made them.
I had left a comment and then deleted bc I didn't want to be too negative. So, attempt #2: I didn't enjoy watching this game because it was infuriating. JyJ is supposed to be master-level terran and yet he keeps getting owned. Hard. So hard that it's not really a game because it's so one-sided. What makes it difficult to watch is his repeated smashing his head into the wall doing the same completely ineffectual strategies to his complete demise. Like, for example, sending 3 BCs to a base completely unsupported just to kill 10 drones (maybe) instead of moving with the army where the marines could have sniped the scourge easily.
It's so predicable when it gets this bad. And it's not especially entertaining because it's just one thing after another that is frustrating to watch.
