    10:10- First Refrence to Article 143 was made in the DELHI LAWS (1951) SCR 747;
    15:10- The difference between the Barrister and advocate is that if you have studied law in INDIA you became a lawyer and a lawyer becomes turns into Advocate after passing Exam ofBAR COUNCIL of india;
    Whereas If you have studied in ENGLAND then you becomes A Barrister;
    20:51-GOOLAMHUSSEIN ESAAJI VAHANVATI was the 11th AGI of India, his office begun in June 2009 upto 3 years of appointment;

    10:11 In re is a latin phrase that means " in the matter of" . It is a legal term that can be translated as in regards to " or " concerning. It is often used in legal documents to refer to a case specially one without an opposing party .
    15:05 lawyer means someone who has studied or completed law degree.
    Advocate means a lawyer who has passed the bar council exam.
    Barrister means someone who has law degree from England .

    Advocate is more powerful than lawer, barrister who may be judge in future.lawer who studied law & barrister who studied law from foreign country is called barrister for example Gandhiji.

    Advocate - after passing bar council u become advocate
    Barrister - if u studied law from England u become barrister

    In 2nd question, you told that AG be a member of a committee of the lok sabha. I think it is not right.
    AG takes part in any committee of Lok Sabha.
    Please tell me I am wrong or right
