    I've never thanked Mr. Montoya enough for all the knowledge he has shared on TH-cam over the years. Straight to the point, always based on reason and not just tradition. Even as Italian, I feel more confortable following his advice than those of my countrymen.

    Love the videos but would like it better if the background music wasn't so loud when u are talking. Sometimes makes it hard to understand u.

    Excellent tips and tricks! Do you know if it's possible to move the thermostat? Mine is on the right side but I want it to be on the left side, just like yours.

    That's experience for ya. Thanks for the tips. Would love a larger portable oven like that one, someday.

    Just finished my oven build and burn in with pizzas waiting to get on. Nice to see I am not the only one with a dirty front. I have no recess on my oven and no outcrop either. The door lays straight up against the brick so the soot is unreal.

    What’s difference refractory or biscotto cooking floor?

    • @tjokolat
      @tjokolat ปีที่แล้ว

      The biscotto stones release heat much slower, preventing the dough from burning when you're cooking pizzas at 450+ degrees Celsius!

    Hi Fidel, love your videos. Have watched for a while. What size is your pizza party oven? They have 70 x 70 and the 70 x 90. Looking to buy one.
