I have an introduction to itil4 gained by just skimming through the book and now watching these series of speeches. I find this being of very good quality indeed. The teacher is very precise and clear in his explanations and provide with a fair amount of good examples that help to thoroughly understand and fix the concepts. Congratulations!

In my understanding, he was starting with an example with cars. If you like a Ferrari, and are not only able to afford it, you need to buy a Renault, you need to adjust your expectations. And if you are not into cars, the same example can be used for dresses.
