- The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince follows the tale of two lonely hearts brought together through a mutual misunderstanding. In it, you control the wolf, transformed to the guise of a princess who guides the blind princes through a perilous forest in search of a witch capable of returning his sight. The forest is home to a number of hostile beasts intent on ending your journey prematurely, as well as hazardous traps that put the prince in danger.
Transform into the wolf to dispatch your foes and guide the prince carefully as a princess to ensure his safety, in search of a fairytale ending.

So she left him blind because of her own fears, and because she feels regret about what she did she is trying to help him recover his sight? This sounds like a bittersweet love story that will make many people cry.
Arturo Reyes Cortez I think the plot was that the wolf was singing and the prince loved to hear it so when he got close the wolf she hit him because she didn't wanted to be seen and left him blind by accident and more stuff happend to the prince afterwards to be in prision but idk

Well the gameplay isn’t anything mind blowing but the story and the environment is absolutely beautiful. It’s one of my favorite indie games.

Everything here is cute! Even the princess's wolf form, despite being somewhat intimidating, still almost looks like a Peppa pig character! But yeah, The Prince is the best. Just the way that once anything is given to him, his shy and scared frown becomes a happy smile is so endearing.

I mean... the game starts with this creature clawing the kid's eyes out due to shock and fear at their first encounter. Everything that flows from that is out of regret and disgust at her own actions. It's still a twisted love story, where in the twist is that the creature that ruined his life wishes to restore what she can to it.
I take it much more as a story of redemption.
To see what people look like, you need eyes.
But to see the true person you are underneath, needs no eyes; hands or ears.
Because to see someone, is to know them and friendship knows no limits.
With this knowledge, arm yourself with love; because the blind see more than we do; they see into your soul.

Yes.
The "scary beast" seems more of a misleading facade to me than the princess it hides as. The injury was the result of a misunderstanding that the "beast" immediately regretted.
Neither actually seems like a facade though, just two different shells that can interact with the world in different ways. The person underneath is cute either way.
Well, that's how I understood it, anyway.

I predict two endings for this:
#1- The boy regains his sight and his throne.
#2- The boy remains blind, learns a valuable lesson about how strength and power comes from within and spends the rest of his life with the wolf princess.
Or the Prince could just end up dead at the end you know force you to watch this helpless boy die slowly

So far I haven't. It's looks pretty cool. If there was a physical version for the Switch, I'd definitely be interested in getting a copy. So far it's only available physically on Vita, and by Steam download.

The game reminds me of Dokuro. The game play is similar. They both guide the partners through the area, while making certain they don't hurt or let the enemies get them or else it's game over. Both protagonist hide a secret from the partner (their true selves). I think I'll like this 😍😍😍
