- This is a video on the results of my editing competition! To explain how this was judged, me and my editor friend Barux (HUGE THANKS TO HIM BTW), watched through each video and picked out a top 10. We rated each edit on "flow - 20%", "cinematics - 10%", "sound design - 15%", "colours/looks - 20%", "effects - 15%", "creativity - 20%" and a bonus on "atmosphere - BONUS +10", and ordered them from 1-10.

@@JameszZHC i mean maybe memory's edit i could understand but rrg's edit just has the perfect atmosphere. i personally think you can see each scene perfectly well. is it the flicker you are talking about?
@@JameszZHC its your opinion, i know, but i really dont understand what you mean. the framerate is a stylistic choice which, again imo, matches the tone and speed of the song. there literally is no other framerate in my head that fits this song but i mean yeah its your opinion

@@kipto take this as criticism. your edit was probably the closest behind top 10, i rlly liked it, but i feel as if as the edit went on the consistency and quality of the edit went down, from 10ish seconds onwards I feel like the velo felt a bit repetitive, i guess sfx could've also been a bit better. even tho it fit the criteria for a good edit, i also felt it just didn't have anything too special or unique to it which would've ended up giving it a higher ranking. it was a nice edit but just small stuff like that made it place below Yazans
