sudo dpkg -i "filename.deb"
sudo apt-get install -f
to update all the softwares in the system
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

It shows the above. And also there is an error symbol in the top right side of the monitor in red and white colour. what to do ? Please clarify

U can use wine to install any windows software howerver it is better to use the Linux equivalent Libreoffice which is free and have the basic features required
