Could you have comfortably caught that big fish with the Sawtooth? You know, the one where you let the rod slip out of your hands but still managed to land the fish afterwards. So great! 👏🙌🔥❤️
Yes for sure! Just got back from Alaska where we had a couple sawtooths and caught very big rainbows, dolly varden, and even a few salmon on the sawtooth
Easily the best fishing video of the year! Tuna, you are a lion for eating that salmon fly, and for taking "wet wading to a whole new level. Also, I was impressed that were into the fishing enough to show that you've got conventional fly rods, too. Just a great video all all around. Now I am going to go out and cast my Sawtooth in the front yard in 90 degree NC heat; maybe catch a Chevy.
Great video. You guys are far better than others on the internet. I fished the south fork yesterday. I believe it was you I talked too last night at the dam sept 25. Tough day low water full moon. Thanks for the advice you epitomise the value of why I love our state. Friendly helpful knowledge and willingness to help.
ayyyye there's the new video! you guys get into the craziest situations I swear lol can't believe the rod slipped from Drews hand, I just bought my first Tenkara rod co rod, chose the Sierra for some smaller waters in my area that tend to hold bigger fish, can't wait to go on some adventures with my second Tenkara rod!
From the boat we mainly used the Rocky because it extends out to 14.5 ft. With a 13ft. line on that it gave us plenty of distance. But then stopping to fish riffles we could use any of the rods because we didn't need distance.
I was curious, have you guys (Tuna in particular) done a class or certification for runnin the drift boat? Love that you guys paddled downstream to get that rod and landed the fish, just awesome. Grand Slam!
Such a sick day, classic Tuna.
Awesome video! Love it when drew looses his rod!
Haha definitely weren't expecting that to happen or to find it but stoked on how it turned out!
Awesome trip
It really was thanks for watching!
That was awesome
Glad you liked it! Was definitely a fun time.
So good, dudes!
Thanks Micah glad you liked it!
Beautiful brown fish !
A coordinated production to get after those fish. What teamwork. What guides boat skills.
Ya Tuna is a master on the oars!

Wow
New take on catch and release? Release the rod and then catch up to it after the fish gets tired towing it! Love it.
haha release and then catch nice one!

Glad you liked it! Fishing started off a little bit slow as it does sometimes but turned out to be a really fun time.

Hey Rick! Glad you were able to get it done out there! Thanks for watching the video.
Chasing the rod and fish down was awesome!
Stoked we were able to track it down!
That was a bit of foreshadowing when I noticed he still had the plastic on the handle at the beginning of the video haha.
WIsh someone would have told me!
Awesome trip dudes. What brand are those hoodies your wearing? Those look cool.
Ya the sun shirts are really nice when its this hot out! Skip the sunscreen on the arms and just wear one of these.
OK, just take my money. 😂
haha hope you liked the vid!
👍👍👍👍👍
This would be the funnest day of my life!
Really really hard to beat a day like that!
awesome video... looks like such a great time, motivates me to skip out of work and go fish!!!
We would never suggest that ;)
Where did u put in? The lodge? Where did u take out. Thanks
In this video we did the canyon section!
Great video guys, what a freakin fun day that looked like. Tenkara rods really are so versatile.
Ya we had a great time just testing what these rods can do and they always seem to work.
Super entertaining video as always, guys! Nice work on those fish! 🙌🏻
Thanks a lot glad you liked it!
One of the best videos you guys have made yet, I really enjoyed this one, thanks!
Thanks Steve glad you liked it!

Take the cork off that new rod! Stoked for you smaller waters + bigger fish is literally our favorite equation. Good luck!
Once you ate that bug, I knew I was in the right place.
Haha had to get some good luck going!
Love all of the fish eat shots! Was dying watching you guys chase after the rod! Great video!
Drew what Tenkara rod is for large fish & big water? Also catching up with your rod downstream with the fish still hooked amazing 🤩
Rocky rod is their big fish rod. It’s a great rod
Ya what Ryan said. The Rocky rod is our big fish rod. We love it for bigger fish/bigger water but hate it for small fish!
Never fished from a drift boat. Maybe one day
I CANNOT believe you chased down that rod! 😂🤣
Haha I can't believe how far that fish took it!
Love these kind of vids, so cool to see you guys get on a raft and hook into some fish 🤙🎣🤙🎣
Glad you liked it! Was a fun time.
Which Tenkara Co. Rods were you fishing? Looks like a blast!

Nope Tuna has just been rowing for years and years.
