I love lavender but l understand what you are saying as I can only handle lavender as an essential oil, NOT in an perfume or cologne. Those make me ill as well. If I ever get a catalogue or magazine with perfume samples I have to throw out the whole magazine as it would make me so Sick.
My sense of smell has always been terrible, except for when I'm pregnant 😂 I should probably look into combining some scents like you suggested for a "signature" scent.
