I’ve was always partial to the original black and white but seeing it in color is such a fantastic experience - now I want to see all of them in color.
True. Lucy's hair was dyed red and here it looks almost pink! In addition, I find it hard to believe that Ricky would actually be wearing a fuchsia color bathrobe!
@@retroguy9494 If the gray value in b&w is bright, the colorization will end up somewhat near pink if you choose red color to apply in the colorization. That's because colorization add values for saturation and hue, but not for luminance. Lucy probably was shot with some color filter that made red colors look brighter in the b&w film.
@@elietedarce1266 To be honest, I really don't know about those things. However, from the technical nature of your response, it appears that you do! So I believe you! Thank you!
Well, first off, not all the episodes have been colorized. Only about 16 of them. But you can buy them from the store at the Lucy Desi Museum in Jamestown NY. The good thing is, you can buy them online in one collection from the store. Not a bad price either. Under 30 bucks.

I know right?
Seeing the colors of their clothes, of their furniture, of Lucy's home decor, gives you a whole new experience.
That light blue dress etel is wearing is one of the nicest dresses shes worn in the show
Ethel
@@chrisv.4071 HAHAHA
Damn you're Rude
Ethel looked beautiful and Lucy and Ethel amazing .
Fred “ come on and look at me and smile Ethel!”
Ethel “ make up your mind I can’t do both “ 🤣🤣🤣
"Is Fred coming with us?" "Fred who?" 😂😂😂
Skin color and hair color looks far from natural.
The hair color on the women is particularly awful. Red and yellow hair - ugh.

So where are people actually supposed to be able to watch the colorized versions?
