How to Fix Sega MegaCD model 1 - Mega CD Disc Not Spinning Fix

/ @gamextc In this video we show you what to do if your Mega CD Discs are no longer spinning. When this happens in most cases its due to a capacitor or 2 and not a Laser issue.
When we first came across this, we thought it was a chip issue, but one of our helpful viewers helped us to diagnose and we now understand exactly what causes this issue.
