So the auxiliary function takes priority over the brake lights? As in.. if backup is activated, it will stay activated even when brakes are pushed?

Hey Led Guru! You are correct. The auxiliary color will override basic functions. If you have any other questions, give us a call at 888-888-7990

Where do you get the connection for the reverse?

These have the regular 3 prong plug and it has one extra lead that shares a common ground with the plug. Give that lead 12 volts and it will override the normal function and turn white. The lead has a standard .180 bullet plug and you can wire it to a switch on the dash or the reverse light circuit on the truck.

Jeff Degener I’m looking for the female end of the bullet plug to wire into my truck. I have the rest wired up, just looking for that connector

@@ryansudduth2945 If single female .180 harness is unavailable, I just use the regular female 2 bullet plug stuff like this: www.raneystruckparts.com/double-female-bullet-light-plug-wire-harness-roll/ Raneys does not have it by the foot unfortunately. if you just need a small amount, a local truck stop or chrome shop should have it like that or just cut the plug off and hard wire it. I have done that with just as much success.
