Great content. I have a couple of questions. My daughter is 14 and getting discouraged on her pitching because of speed. She does the hello elbow. If she starts doing the whip will she have to be retrained on all her pitches as well.

That really depends. I can tell you that she is 100% losing speed doing hello elbow. There really is no physical way you can deliver a movement pitch using hello elbow but that doesn't mean that she wasn't also taught the movement pitches incorrectly, I would have to see her mechanics

On series 3 you talked about the drive foot becoming a drag foot. Can you share drills on how to fix it? Specifically when a pitcher pivots and the back heal drops and basically anchors.

My daughter is working on switching to forearm fire and is having trouble with elbow pain. The pain is from the inside of the forearm across the inside of the elbow. Screwballs really aggravate the pain.

when ur snapping with forearm fire, is the ball spin 12-6 or more 11-5? because when i do it, i don’t understand how i can whip without the ball spinning at an angle.

Hi! The "goal" is the 12-6 spin, but that being said there probably isn't a pitcher in the entire world who has perfect directional spin for her pitches. However if you are seeing almost a sideways spin on your ball it is possible that at some point your arm is coming from behind your body or too far away from your body and you are "side arming" the pitch
