im going to a juco for pitching and ive always struggled with this ever since ive started pitching, i worked on it before my senior year and it got better, im still collapsing my foot but im bringing my drag all the way through now. thank you for this video i gotta try this
My question is now that the rule has changed and most girls I instruct all want to leap. So now if you push off square to the catcher and leap you can’t turn open while off the ground so they need to take off from the rubber already open which leads to the pivot foot in a sideways position then drag once landing…….
